Showing up when he said he was going to, and keeping us apprised through each part of the job. The job was to remove a rather significant oak tree hanging over my house. Ivan and his crew were able to take the tree down with no difficulty. It was truly a sight to watch the climber bring down each part of the tree in the exact area they wanted, especially considering there was a very narrow area to drop. Ivan also took down a large storm-damaged oak in my neighbors yard, and my neighbor was equally impressed with Treeline. After the tree work was finished, Treeline actually addressed the lawn, which was obviously impacted by the work being done. They laid topsoil, seed, and hay to ensure that my yard will look as though they were never there. That is a first for me in dealing with a tree company!
