My friend's celebrated their 7 year old's birthday at Xplozone..it was a good time for everyone.. Check in process: You fill out their electronic waiver on the two terminals provided. Afterwards you check in at the front desk to get your wrist band and trampoline socks if you want them. I highly recommend them as they give your feet some grip as you run around the trampoline park. Trampoline Park: There's a sections for kids 6 years and under which makes the park funner and safer for everyone. The trampoline park is pretty massive and there's safety staff roaming around should you need assistance. You can really get some air on the trampolines here. I was getting almost uncomfortably high but had a blast doing it. The foam pits are soft when you fall in and the dodgeball section is a hit for every one. There's a snack section in the back to refuel should you need to. What's great about the park is how wide open it is. You can track your kids at almost any point in the facility as there are visual barriers around. It's an open field of trampolines. The decor is very grassroots and bare but the trampolines in great condition. It's a great place for kids to burn off tons of energy and fun for active adults as well. Jump high!

Truly disappointed that I came here. Place was visibly dirty. Soiled couches, vomit on the floor, garbage on floors. I would never come back.

My kids love coming here prices are very affordable and save your socks you can use them the again. My kids have a blast every time. Don't take valuables in though they don't have lockers that have locks but rather an open cubby with a liability warning

We visited this trampoline park last night for the 1st time with a 12, 9 & 3 year old. It was suitable for all ages. The kids had fun but the fun didn't last as long as it does when we visit other trampoline parks as this place has limited things to do at the same price as their competitors. So with that said it's fun a bit run down and spendy for what they offer. Parent are allowed to sit at trampoline levels and watch children which makes it nice but seating is a bit rough.

We used to visit this place before Covid 19 and we kind of like it, it has never been 100%, but decent for the price. So few days ago, me and my husband said its enough to keep our 2.5 years old daughter away from activities because of Covid 19. We went to this place and we were shocked.Kids didn't wear masks, some of them did, but most of them didn't(I mean older kids). Yes, there is only 50% of capacity allowed, which they follow, but in my opinion its not safe place to go now!!!

My socks that I was told to remove.I showed them that my socks were dirty b/c their floors aren't clean &that I didn't want to jump barefoot

I've been here multiple times with my husband and my tween siblings. When it first opened, it was great. Now... I'm not interested in going back. If you come between the hour and half hour, rather than right on the half hour, you can either forfeit jumping time and begin jumping right away, or you can sit around and wait - even if you're the only people jumping. A little common sense would go a long way. So for example, if you show up a 8:10 PM and buy an hour long pass, you can either forfeit 10 minutes of jumping, as your time ends at 9 PM, or you can wait until 8:30 PM to begin jumping, and your time expires at 9:30 PM. You can't wear your own socks and they will literally demand you take off your own socks if you didn't purchase their socks. The floors and jumping surfaces are filled with crumbs and pieces of foam that has disintegrated from the foam pits. Hope you won't need to run to the bathroom without your shoes or socks! Trampoline surfaces aren't being maintained, so it's pretty filthy. Foam is getting gross and the dodge balls are ripped up and deflated. Bathrooms are not well stocked or kept clean. There are so many options for trampoline places now, especially with ones that have jumping in the dark and maintained equipment.

Sitting area. They all look like this.

Will your kid have fun? Yes. Is this place dirty and still in construction? Absolutely. On top of it they are currently charging what other clean and completed parks charge. The couches where they want parents to sit look like someone urinated on them and half the park is still being built. Would probably not come back. Oh and the "bathrooms" are porta pottys. If you're going to open prior to being ready, atleast lower your prices.

The staff is VERY attentive (literally came to check every like 5 minutes for the 2 hour duration we had the room, either asking if we need anything, refilling drinks, schedule/planning, etc). TIP if you do plan on putting up decorations in the room. Their FLIP N OUT EXTREME "decor" on the walls are made with a material that makes tape DIFFICULT to stick to. We ended up having to put banners/balloons/etc around these panels. We never asked the staff if they had push-pins or something. Feel like those would be BEST? but unsure if its the safest option if incases they fall and get stepped on (especially since people may be in the socks they give) Staff gives you these "non-slip" socks to wear if you plan on playing on the trampolines. The general playing area is large and wide. There is also a small area for small kiddos (i believe UNDER 48"?) which is nice. There is an area off to the side which is for dodgeball with trampolines too. Kind of cool. Venue itself seemed large (if you were a kiddo). There is even a "Parent Lounge" that sits above the general area for parents to sit and watch their kids, though it seems like more parents like just standing around on the side instead. Overall, nice place. I can see it being a good place for parents to bring their kids to expend all their energy.
