    I went shopping for a couch in November 2021 and purchased the rather expensive service plan (20%…read moreof purchase price on a $4,000 couch I believe) that is supposed to cover wear, tear, accidents, cleaning, etc and ultimately replace any furniture that isn't able to be cleaned. On July 9th, my 2-year got sick on the couch and left a large stain on the seat cushion and one of the back cushions. On July 11th, I called Malouf to file a claim and get the couch cleaned. This is where the frustration began. I constantly had to follow-up with the staff to check on the status of my claim and it took almost a month to even initiate the process. The cleaning service did come out to clean the seat cushion on August 3rd but the back cushion cover and core have to be replaced. I have called almost every day, spoke to multiple employees and sent multiple emails and still to this day have not gotten complete resolution on when or even if this will occur. I'm hoping a poor review will get the attention of someone in management or ownership but as of today, I do not recommend Malouf and will not be purchasing any more furniture from the store.
