I got so many that I decided to hold off for a while and see how things panned out. It turned out to be pretty dumb mistake. I would get a little foot traffic from people that went to other stores in the center I'm in but that was it. They'd say some variation of I had no idea you were here. I was also using a really basic website that I built online. Eventually Pagehub called and I was ready to try just about anything at that point. I explained the issues and they explained the visibility problems I was having and how to fix them. For what they charged and how fast they got it going I would have been much better off if I had done this from the start. Its working now and I love how the site turned out.

You'll just be a joke. Posting for public clarification, they will sell you. What they can't deliver, then reword what they've said in the beginning. No reputation for this company. We hired this signage company to produce and install new graphics throughout our large retail sports store. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The owner lied repeatedly -- about pricing, about the timeline, and about the scope and quality of the work. What was promised and what was delivered were two completely different things. The installation crew he hired was shockingly inexperienced. They didn't even bring proper equipment and had to use our ladders. At one point, one of the installers fell because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. The times they showed up were never run past management at the stores, just showing up whenever they felt like it & leaving without a word. It was unsafe and completely unprofessional. Nearly every graphic was printed in the wrong size. Instead of simply reprinting one incorrectly sized graphic, they removed one of our store's metal frames, took it back to their shop, and actually CUT THE FRAME to make the incorrect print fit. When they reinstalled it, the damage was obvious -- especially since there was an identical frame right next to it that showed the original size. You could literally see the cut lines. When we confronted him, he denied it and tried to gaslight us. The vinyl installation quality was equally unacceptable. Graphics were bubbling everywhere, several were installed in the wrong locations, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. To make matters worse, they never completed the job. Less than half of the requested graphics were installed. This was one of the most unprofessional vendors we have ever worked with. Between the dishonesty, poor workmanship, unsafe installation, and failure to complete the project, we absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.
