Be very careful because all this company does is rip you off and false advertise. They make you do all the work like call to make settlements, call creditors, and charge you $79.99/month for stuff you can do yourself. They told me I was getting monthly updates but I paid them for 9 months and only got an update when I signed up in January and 2nd update when I cancelled in September. They don't really help you at all or Give the best advice since you can't really reach them. They should get sued for all the money they scam. I calculated almost 1,000 dollars spent and realized I could have just used that to pay some of my debt and my credit would have improved more this way. read more

I signed up with Xperia for almost a year and ended up with basically the same credit score that I started with, their just full of S%#* especially when you talk to Ubin, then theirs Meghan who basically tells you the same hype about how great things are going and they deleted all these from your score, REALLY! The staff is nice but no one seems to know what's going on. there are people behind the scenes working on your credit while the people you talk to go over the notes that the behind the scenes person is living. Sometimes, they forget to add an item that they believe they have solved which can really slow down your process if you don't realize this. They are also suppose to call you to update you but you might have to call them several times before that happens. I'm not sure what they keep sending out but my credit has only dropped since using them so best of luck. read more

I am not happy with the service. I enrolled my husband and I for credit repair. My husband credit had a few dings and after two months with the company there was NO improvement and in fact, his score dropped. When I called to cancel, NOW, they tell me they bill in the arrears which mean they still debit my account for 79.99 (x2). I was told it was 59.99 to start and 79.99 thereafter. So actually you pay for three months but get two months of service. Not good business or service. DO NOT USE!!!! read more

My husband and myself signed up for services in March 2020 and haven't had any improvements on his credit. We told them in the beginning to only do my husbands credit but they charged both of us. We contacted them to cancel and they did refund us after trying to convince us to both continue. This should've been a red flag. The last six months we've actually seen a lower credit score which is supposed to be the opposite!! We have a child with special needs and we told the company this when we asked to cancel. During Covid, finances have been awful and you'd think that any company would have enough compassion to cancel and refund money to the people that need it. Also, in April we received several letters stating that this company is seeking access to information that they are not entitled to. I believe the letters stated "Suspicious Activity on account." That should've been another red flag. DONT FALL in the same trap we did! We filed a complaint with the BBB so hopefully they can get our money back. read more

Wow! It seems I am not the only person that got scammed with $289.96 for a service that never existed. This is harsh, and I wish something can actually happen obtain my money back. They promise you something and you don't obtain anything in return, but a bill even after these people didn't met their agreement. If you're reading this and you are ready to give out your money for free. Then proceed. As soon as you're trying to enrolled they email you and text you every hour to sign the so called "Agreement" as soon as you sign you will find yourself waiting for a month and having to call them back, and obtaining another 1 month wait to get back to the same response, you will try to cancelled, and they will try to tell you they have been working on it. I've been working with this company for several months. (They're in CO, I'm in CA) They charge $49.99 for the first month, then $69.99 each month thereafter and had been referred by a lender I started working with. I've been assigned one account manager who doesn't get back to me, asks me multiple times for the same thing I've already sent, and just doesn't seem to care whether I'm updated or not. With so many options for financial services, you'd think customer service would be higher on the list of priorities. In the 3 months I've used their services, the investigations that they opened resulted in more accounts being reported to another bureau that wasn't originally reporting, which they said they had no control over. Fine, that being the case, I asked for a plan on how it would be handled and got crickets. Finally, when I say I'm cancelling, I'm conveniently told all the updates I'd requested for the last several weeks. So I'm not sure what to make of this company. Their customer service and response time could definitely use A LOT of work. I'm pretty sure they won't continue receiving my business. I'll likely go with another agency that's more local to me where I can go in and sit down with someone. read more

Clip joint ! They say they don't make out bound calls but when they want your money they certainly do call. My credit scores dropped from what they were. In one month they have done nothing. They were supposed to be working for two people and they collected the money but did nothing for person number two. This company is out of state and difficult to contact. When I call there are recordings and nobody returns my calls. When I ask for Tamara she is either on phone or out of office. I made the decision to cancel and there was no mention of the second person on my account they were supposed to be assisting. However the girl I never heard of has been calling requesting $79.99 for the new month. Since they never worked for the second person on my account whom happens to be my roommate they have the original $59.99 so I think all that is owed them is $19.99. I think it's sad that these swarmy, clip joint businesses still exist. This type of business needs personal telephone contact and not email nonsense. read more
