I did not receive anything until April 19th, over 2 months later, after multiple attempts to follow up and just got ignored. Not only was the job completed significantly later than what I was told it would be, I received an incomplete delivery (I ordered 250 cards and received only 50). I immediately sent an email to to the team regarding this and was told it would be resolved immediately and that a new shipment would be fulfilled within a couple days. A couple days turned into a week, a week turned into a couple weeks, and after sending 5 emails to simply check-in on what is going on, I have learned that like many who have worked with Cotton Paperie, they just ghost you and leave you hanging. I've filed a chargeback with my bank and warn anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere. It's a shame businesses who operate this unprofessionally are still operational.

Larissa did a great job of designing new cards after our logo change, and then didn't hesitate to make suggestions and changes to her initial designs. Once the design was approved, Chavvon made sure that the cards came out perfectly, even re-running the press because he wasn't satisfied with the initial outcome. The business cards took a little bit longer than the typical company, but they were absolutely worth the wait!

Cards themselves turned out beautiful and I gladly paid for them. Envelopes, however, were oversized for the card, addresses were poorly positioned and the return address contained a typo. Owner took zero responsibility, choosing instead to gaslight us about how these things were our fault. ("Our opinion and experience is that no one will notice the typo on the address. This is for post office use only and the envelopes will be thrown away. No one is responding to anything via this address. The difference of the size of the card vs. the envelope is not an issue.") She called my daughter a horrible name (WHAT?!?) and told me emphatically that she doesn't have time for brides...they are "too picky". Once I got the proofs I just cried so hard and I was so heart broken it was so horrible I couldn't find the words. They took my exact vision I described to the T and just ruined it. It looked as if something I could've done on a free app. I expressed what I felt and they just told me basically they know more of what I want than what I ACTUALLY want since they have been in the business so long. So I just approved the most decent one and once I got the final files they are blank. I sent an email asking was there a specific app to see the files but no luck.
