Which in my option is a little nervy.I promise even though she was very rude it was just an oversight. They know I always tip! They actually made a scene of it. One of the owners is constantly screaming across the room while you're trying to have a relaxing service. Taking phone calls while doing your nails and stops working on you to talk or write down appointments. They gave me a confirmation call Feb 10th to conformed, I got a confirmation text Feb 11 & the day of my appointment Feb 12. Feb 12 I arrive 5 mins to my appointment, and shop is completely CLOSED. Nobody there. Lights off .. Doors locked .. Nobody around . I called them TWICE .. no answer . Waited 20 mins before I left, and nobody ever showed up . Never got a cancellation call, as a courtesy or anything . Waisted an hour of my time after a 30 mins drive through rush hour traffic. Pissed off was an understatement/
