This is an overdue review but Jenny deserves my 5 star ratings. I ordered my dessert spread for my baby shower last year. I had to reschedule 2 days earlier and she was very accommodating. She's very responsive and helpful, no complains with communication at all. I had a Safari theme and sent her Pinterest pictures of what I wanted. She's so talented, I love everything from my animal cake pops to my Safari print pretzels. They're so amazing! Looked good tasted good. I'm so happy I found her in Yelp and I will definitely use her services again in the future. The pictures below was my desert spread. It's my arrangement and the cake is not from her too.

If you want a crying child because there was NO cake at their birthday, order from here. We confirmed our order a few days before our event and thought everything was good to go. The morning of our event we get a text from the owner moving back the delivery time of our desserts. Then we get another text moving the time back further. Then nothing until she shows up 30 minutes after our event was over and everyone had left. We ended up accepting half of our order because it was individually wrapped and something my son could bring to school and share with his friends. After going through our order we noticed that she shorted us a dozen custom Rice Krispie treats. On top of this whole mess I don't think I ever heard a "sorry" from her nor did we ever receive a refund for the items we didn't receive. I don't like giving bad reviews and especially bad reviews for small businesses but this whole situation was entirely the owner's fault and completely unacceptable. read more

I arranged ordering cake pops for my graduation celebration with a different baker prior to ordering with XOXO Cake Pops. There was only 1 week left before the celebration and that previous baker never confirmed the order with me. I was left in the dark and was now searching for a baker who could fulfill my order in such a short time frame. I came across XOXO Cake Pops through this app. It was very easy to contact them and submit their quote form. They responded to my emails fairly quickly and were able to squeeze me in such a short time frame. They have great customer service and are professional. The cake pops were delicious and looked amazing on the cake pop stand. I am so glad that I came across this small business. They have contactless pick up and verify that you pick up your order. This is the second time I ordered from XOXO cake pops and I am just blown away! I sent them pictures of what I wanted for cake pops and marshmallow pops. I wasn't expecting the cake pops to be exactly the same but I guess I underestimated them. I'm posting side-by-side pictures of what I sent them and what they delivered. I can't believe it's taken me this long to post this review. This place is freaking awesome! They custom-made special unicorn cake pops and oreo cookies for my daughter's birthday party (which were not only gorgeous but delish!), individually wrapped them for me as I requested, delivered them to my home on a Saturday night and accepted payment through Venmo which made things super convenient for me! They barely had any restrictions. They just asked "what do you want?" and I told them and boom - my vision became food. I would recommend XOXO Cake Pops to all of my friends! XOXO Cake Pops rocks!!! I would not hesitate to use this cake pop bakery again. I emailed Jenny within a week of needing cake pops delivered to my best friend's office in California. She was so accommodating to the number and style of cake pops I needed. I ordered a total of 8 cake pops, which is great since most bakeries require you to order a dozen or more cake pops/other baked goods. Jenny delivered them in thus adorable box, and decorated them beautifully. With me being out of state, she made the payment process really easy and seamless as well! **UPDATE: After reading my review Jenny refunded me the full amount. I appreciate her listening to customer concerns and making improvements with the feed back thats given** This is my second experience with XOXO cupcakes. The first time I ordered 2 dozen cake pops and this time I ordered 1 1/2 dozen CUPCAKES for my daughters birthday. My first experience was great, we had no issues with the cake pops! This second time with CUPCAKES was not the best. The cupcakes themselves were beautiful! However they were absolutely inedible. The flavor of the dye in the frosting was so over powering and bitter. And the cake its self was extremely dry. No one was able to finish them which was quiet disappointing and embarrassing. I was forced to leave my daughters party to purchase more from a local bakery. When I reached out to Jenny she apologized profusely stating this has never happened before. She immediately offered me 1/2 a dozen cake pops for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. When I declined she then offered me 10% off my next order. Unfortunately her rectifying the situation stopped there. Therefore I had to request my own refund, it was not courteously offered. She agreed to 50%. She explained that she spent money on the supplies and labor. She stated that she does not get any supplies wholesale so her profit for my order was only $5-$7. Now my normal expectations is FULL refund and something for the inconvenience. However, I understand this may be how she runs her business so I accepted 50%. With that being said please be mindful that this is a small family owned business they run out of their home. The few dollars you save to support you make up for with possible inconsistency and lack of 100% customer satisfaction if there is a discrepancy. This is not something negative it's just something to take into account when placing your order. I do believe she handled the issue to the best of her ability. She states this has never happened before, so this was a new experience. And with every experience there is a lesson to be learned. Perhaps sample any and everything you provide to customers to ensure the quality meets your expectations. Or offer a complete refund if your customer is not satisfied. Because honestly I'm not interested in the logistics (I.e supply cost) if I'm not satisfied. So she lost me as a customer there. But I do respect her for taking feedback well and trying to fix the situation. read more

I got these for Valentine's day and they are so cute!! I need these last minute, I ordered a week in advance. She was able to accommodate me. I got little burger cakepops, regular chocolate dipped oreos (they also have colossal size which are bigger, I'll order those next time lol) with a custom picture and chocolate dipped pretzel sticks. I wanted the Bob's Burgers theme and it came out great. Very easy process to order and get everything just right. Pickup was easy too. I will use this service again. read more

We started out as a hobby for family & friends and soon began getting around by word of mouth from members of the family to their friends and so on. Our business began in August 2011 and growing strong. Mrs. Casarez (Owner/Founder) is also the designer of all products and her skills have proven to be eye-catching to all their customers. Mr. Casarez (President & CEO) has built the company from the ground up in Advertising, Marketing, & Social Media and constantly continues to come up with more ideas on a daily basis.

It just started as a hobby for family & friends and soon began getting around by word of mouth from members of the family to their friends and so on. I am a housewife and mother of 3. I am the owner and designer of the company and my husband is the President & CEO and is responsible for the advertising, web designer & runs the Billing Department. We love to see people happy with our creations and work hard to satisfy our customer's requests and special orders. We guarantee that you will not find a reasonable quote and quality anywhere. Butcher Omakase $75 - appetizers of pickled vegetables, beef soup, US Wagyu sashimi, 7 varieties of meat, curry rice, today's dessert. Wagyu Omakase $90 - appetizers of pickled vegetables, beef soup, US Wagyu sashimi, 7 varieties of meat, curry rice, Chef's special dessert. You have a choice of beef curry or upgrading for A5 Wagyu sushi $10 & adding uni for another $10. I got the Butcher Omakase with the A5 Wagyu sushi topped with uni. They bring the big slab of wagyu sushi & literally torch it to give it an added flavor. It was definitely good but I would actually skip the uni as the creamy flavor of uni & the fatty wagyu flavor cancel each other out. It diminishes the greatness of 2 amazing ingredients. The beef soup is a consommé made from the wagyu bones/trimmings & it has such a richness, the bold umami flavor really leaves you speechless. The pickled vegetables and kimchi were okay. I would have preferred spinach goma-ae or something like a small cucumber & wakame salad. Each course of meat was slightly different. There were 3 different cuts of tongue, all good but the cut from the underside of the tongue was a bit chewy. As each course came, the meat quality & flavor kept getting better! All of us agreed that the best & the star of the Omakase is/was the Wagyu Sukiyaki!! The sweet smell of the sukiyaki sauce drizzled over the wagyu as it sizzled on the grill was drool-worthy. Once it was quickly cooked, the wagyu is dipped into the whipped sukiyaki cream! It looked so weird but it was absolutely heavenly!! You can order small bowl of ramen or extra cuts of different wagyu but the Sukiyaki Wagyu is not available a la carte or as an extra serving. Darn it! The dessert was a Hoji-cha purin (pudding or more like flan). I've never had Hoji-cha purin & it was actually as good if not better than matcha to end the scrumptious meal. The service there was top notch, each dish was explained well and they cooked the meat quickly with attention to detail, good presentation. Our waitress even came out from behind the counter to take pictures of our extended family by the wall sign next to the front door! Wagyu Butcher has a wrap around rectangular counter seating only so it is a bit tricky to seat in a big group. We had 6 of us and it was hard to have a conversation with everyone. The only problem I saw with this seating arrangement was how they accommodate guests in wheelchairs or special mobility devices. Maybe they have a table in the back corner that I didn't see from where I sat. We all want to go back again for the next special occasion dinner! It was worth every minute of the drove down & more!!

It was super soft and fatty and ended with a heavy pleasant fishy flavor. The miso grilled cod was great. Not much to say about it was almost creamy and the miso was good. I ate the skin too and it tasted great. The main part of this place is the soba. The kikouchi soba are thicker 100% buckwheat noodles that were very well cooked and pleasant to eat. The Plum "Ume" broth was so refreshing and nice. I ate it cold; I probably would have preferred it hot but the is just a personal preference. The Ginger Pork was great. The pork itself was super gingery without being too pungent. The shredded cabbage was super easy to pick up and eat and the side of noodle salad and miso soup were great complements to the meal. I can tell no corners were cut anywhere and that Otafuku puts a little of effort into every meal they prepare. There is great care for all of the preparations and it was a very special meal. I felt like I was in Japan for a second as the feel of the restaurant is very "homey" and the ambiance is a nice cheerful atmosphere.

She was so helpful, from choosing the flavors, the packaging and the card, to helping with a PayPal glitch, to arranging delivery during the narrow window between my daughter's classes. The President of the company (Rudy) sent me photos of the delivery and the card, so I could really feel like I was part of the experience.
