It's a family owned business and it shines through because I come away with the impression on every single visit that they sincerely care about their customers and go the extra mile every time to make sure they are taken care of. My wife and I just moved to PA in the spring of this year. This group of folks and even the clientèle that frequent the place are some of the best folks we have met to date. The range is well worth what they charge and is kept clean and warm even on the coldest days. Having been in law enforcement and now corporate security for over 22 years - there is a certain element of folks attracted to firearms that I would rather associate with and a certain element I would not. This is not the walmart gun center full of rednecks and neck-beards. These are true professionals whose commitment to safety and education is readily apparent. I truly cannot say enough good things about Roll Call. It's our date night spot of choice now. Highly recommend.
