Got my nails and toes done about a week in a half ago. I did French gel. I absolutely loved them. However a week later my right hand started chipping and peeling off. So I went back in today & told them what happened and she got me right in & did my entire nails for free. Not just the ones that were peeling. They look just as beautiful as before. I came into Xlent last weekend in sheer panic because I had just had a HORRENDOUS experience at a salon in downtown Globe & desperately needed someone to fix my heinous manicure. Unfortunately, Xlent was closing early that day *but* Van took pity on my poor soul & removed the nightmare nails w/o charging me. I came back as soon as I could & she did an incredible job! I truly don't understand why they don't have a higher Yelp rating. I will literally go no where else as along as I live in Globe. read more

I am not sure why I've read so many negative reviews because I love this place. They are short-staffed like most businesses so it's best to call ahead and schedule an appointment. If you walk in be prepared to wait or come back at a later time. I've received a pedicure and acrylic nails and both come out nicely. They have relaxing music, nice massage chairs for when you're getting a pedicure, and a multitude of polish colors from which to choose. They all wear their masks and I've witnessed them sanitizing between patrons. In my opinion they are professional and care about their customers. read more

Yeah no I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I hate them so much they're so ugly they look grown in when I got them 30 min ago $51 for this is outrageous never coming here. I tried giving them a shot because the bad reviews are from years ago they have no improved by far the worst nails I've ever gotten in my life so ugly please do not come here. I get my toes done every 2-3 weeks and they do amazing each time. It's fast friendly and clean.

I came as a walk in. Only had to wait an hour. I asked for a full set. The set itself is fine, not horrible, but the Polish job is sloppy. I've got polish on my skin, it's very streaky, and I didn't notice until I got back to my car that I was cut twice by the areas where he was excessively filing while he was on the phone. It's not the worst, but it's definitely not the best. read more

Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. However, I am from California visiting my mom out here in Globe. Van did my nails and I didn't give her an easy task either. Different design on every finger and she did an AMAZING job. She is nothing but sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back every time I come out to visit! read more

If I could leave a zero I would! The lady who did my pedicure was so rough when she was moving my foot in and out of the tub. She cut me with the clippers and even when I said "ouch" out loud she continued to cut. She also did the same when it came to the hot rock massage. She barely could hold the hot rocks in her own hand but continued to place them on my leg. The paint job was so sloppy and she kept scraping the excess polish with her fingernail and it was scraping my skin to the point where it bled. When I asked for some sort of discount the owner refused but his wife offered to fix it. They're usually pretty nice but the lady who did my nails was so rude and seemed to be upset about me complaining. read more

Paid $30 for a 20 minute pedicure. Very rushed. Had to ask him 4 times to cut my toenails..... will not return.

I'd give no stars if possible. My manicure was nonexistent, my cuticles got NO care, they didn't get pushed back or trimmed, the polish was rushed so I got polish on my skin and cuticles. The gel was bulky uneven. I didn't even get the simple design I wanted. Was told the two colors I chose were too dark to go together (shouldn't matter, it's what IIIIII wanted). The tech also kept insisting I get acrylics. I don't like long nails, never have. Just wanted my gel color and simple design. Left the parking lot to find another salon to remove and redo. Definitely disappointing and not returning. (I am using my husbands yelp account). read more

Lisa did my eyebrows today and was incredibly rough in turning my head from side to side to adjust for waxing. She was also unprofessional and rude after turning down any other further waxing aside from my eyebrows. I didn't deserve to be handled so harshly after spending as much as I did today at the establishment. read more

I'm on call and desperately needed to get my nail done....the pedicure was okay. But at the end...the lady reused those disposable slipper on me. She literally just took it off another lady feet and tried to put it on mine and I declined! Shocked! Then she just put it back in the cabinet! Omgee...The pedicure is not cheap $25 compared to $20 in the valley. I would not be coming here again no matter how desperate I am...but it's the only nail saloon in globe so what can you do. read more

Very shoddy work. Only salon in town that was open on a Sunday afternoon and needed a fill. Waited nearly two hours and then was rushed through the whole process in about thirty minutes. Nails were thick and bulky, not to mention uneven and unattractive. read more

If I could leave negative stars, I'd do that! first of all I made an appointment for a fill at 5 o'clock, I waited 20 minutes before they seated me, once they seated me at the station the girl was very rude and left me to do a pedicure, I finally walked out and canceled my appointment after 45 minutes of waiting. okay! so the boss sucks! they reuse the buffers and files. they reuse the pumice stones which is disgusting. they dont have the uv light for the tools. they just use soap to wash the pedi mani tools instead of the disinfection liquid. employees change all the times, and they have no license displayed. For the record i have never seen so many employees travel so far to this place before. they keep changing the employees, and i dont get to go to the one i like. i honestly think the boss sucks! read more
