Promised to get an answer by EOD Wednesday It's now nearly 7:00pm Thursday and the EOD Wednesday has come and gone with no promised return call. Quel surprise! A business that does not have the common courtesy to commit or to just say sorry we can't help ANY pilot that wants to use their own airplane for any type of instruction or review. A bit of honesty would have saved 3 days. Moved on and will not be contacting them again. EVER.

Dipping right was never a problem for me. He was very good and patient that on my third week I could land the plane on my own. Reasonable private lessons. Their planes are clean and never a wait to start a lesson. Loved every minute of my time at this school.

You get a lil nervous when you taxi the plane on the runway. More jitters when it starts to go faster and then bloop uve taken off and are suddenly airborne. It was totally cool and Jonathan my instructor (at least I hope its Jonathan) let me do most o the flying but always made sure we were safe. If you are worried you can always let the instructor take control (and sometimes he will) but theres no fun in that. The intro to flying lesson I got was from Amazon local deals. Like i said it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend you try flying vikings if ur in the area as its not too far and the instructors are definitely knowledgeable and friendly.

This is a barbershop not a music academy! Our son was being coached here for 3 months. We were out…read morefor just a week long vacation last week during which our credit card on file was declined so they apparently emailed us daily (we did not have access to email and phone) and then cancelled our registration (unknown to us). When we showed up for our session today (the day after our vacation) we were told rudely that we have been de-registered and we cannot attend the class today. Additionally, they expect us to pay a registration fee again to restart classes and then reschedule for a following week onward. Unbelievably dismal customer service and unfriendly business policies - bottom line - they don't seem to have any trust in their customers. They could have easily given us a chance to fix the credit card issue when we showed up for our class today! The "makeup" sessions (when your child misses a session due to illness or other reason) is a joke - where they have a group lesson with a random lesson plan that has no continuity with the weekly learning. Additionally, twice we were "unenrolled" from a scheduled makeup session without warning or even a courtesy notice only to be informed that rescheduling now will be weeks out. FWIW, our experience with the piano teachers here was average but we expected more engaging teachers given the age group (7-8 year old) of the student. Given poor business etiquette, I would be surprised if the teachers stick around for long! Sadly, we will not be giving them a second chance after our poor experience here.

My daughter has taken piano lessons with 3 teachers and altho my favorite teacher is no longer working there I have been extremely happy with how much she has learned. The office has treated me very fairly when we need to put lessons on hold over summer & once when my daughter broke her arm. I came in earlier today for a smog check. The employee, Melvin, was pleasant and helpful. I also happen to overhear a conversation between Melvin and another customer. The gentleman had some very unreasonable demands however, Melvin stayed calm and assisted him as best as he could. I was able to use the $50 smog check coupon I received in the mail. The Smog Check itself was incredibly fast and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great value and fast service. Highly recommend! I will be back to support this local small business.

Our daughter attended the Cheer Prep class, Try Out Triumph, and the eventually a Jumps class. I've felt out of place at some gyms, and dance studios. It was not like that at CSE at all.
