Earlier this week - 6 weeks after the on site visit by the original tech i had a follow up call from The Original PC Doctor. I told them i was not satisfied with the tech that was provided. They totally got on board. There was a technican made available, instantly if i had wanted, but I took the option for a return call later on that day. I received the call at the designated time and the technician stayed on line untill every issue was resolved at no charge whatsoever. Not only was the replacement tech very knowledgeable...but super efficient; super friendly and had a great sense of humour. Thank you guys at the The Original PC Doctor...
