I only ever expect a cut, so my first time there was interesting! She did the cut well, and followed with the massage that only usually comes at higher end places (in my experience). I make it a point to only go here for a cut. All guys know how hard it is to find a barber who does a cut the way they like, and when you find that one, you stick with that one. Customer service is always on point here, and I'll wait for Sue, no matter how long the line is.

She trimmed hair in my ears, eye brows, nose, mustache, used hot lather and straight razor in back and around my ears. After taking her time cutting my hair, and all of the above, she massaged my scalp and then used a vibrating hand massager to go over my shoulders and surrounding areas. The lady cutting my hair was polite, friendly and respectful. She was careful not to upset me, although that would have been hard to do! I can't think of anything she could have done better!

The barber is very friendly and makes conversation with you (which in my experience is very different from other places I've been). He's a pleasant enough guy who'll talk if you want and let's things ride when you don't. Rick charges $15, cash money, for a haircut that usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Business is good and he stays fairly busy. From my experience, a typical wait to get to the chair is about 15 minutes but even on a busy day, I've never waited more than 45 minutes.
