Bad operation. Never order flowers. This shop is near me , so I show up at the shop using the address on their website. Well it's no longer at that address. I call and they tell me we are at a new location. Just a poorly run shop with the highest level of bad business and zero attention to detail . No pride in being good at what they do. It's 2024 figure out how to run a website or use technology. Best part is I was I cancelled my order and spent my money elsewhere. Xavier Florist do better and figure it out . I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother's bday and to be delivered. I asked the person that I placed an order with if they had the flowers to make that arrangement. She said if not they will get close to it. #1 They didn't come even close. #2 It was very messy, sloppy, thrown together. #3 Totally overpriced for what I received. Iam glad I did order a bigger size. I've gotten better flowers at Stop and Shop. I was so embarrassed by it I apologized to my mom...You know it was bad when your Mom says..well it's the thought that counts. THATS SAYS IT ALL. I am very disappointment with Xavier's. It was my first time order with them online. Being the "A top florist" in Somerset, I gave them a chance and ordered with them. I had placed an order Friday, October 25th at 9:45am for an arrangement for one of my friends birthday. Their website stated "Same day delivery cutoff at 3pm". They do state they don't guarantee delivery time, which I was okay with because I placed the order 15 minutes for they opened.I was like perfect she will still get them today. So I ordered sun rays in summer bouquet. It's cost 74.87, reasonable and not to expensive considering I ordered the deluxe bouquet. Fast forward to 5 o'clock, my friend never received her flowers, I couldn't talk to any one because they closed at 4. I was like maybe she wasn't home and they missed her so they will deliver it tomorrow (meaning today) I called at 11:30 this morning to get a delivery status on the flowers. One the number on the website doesn't not connect to Xavier's directly, it goes to a florist in Bridgewater. The guy I spoke to was really nice and gave me the direct number. I called Xavier's and proceeded to check the status on the flower. The girl stated that the deliver either left it or didn't drop it off. Okay? She was nice about it and told me she was gonna have another bouquet made and delivered. Perfect! She didn't charge me again and she was really apologetic about the situation. My friend received her flowers. I was looking forward to her picture of them. She send myself and our other friends the flowers. I am once again disappointed! The bouquet I ordered was nothing like what she got. Her bouquet looked like some put flowers in the vase and added pieces of bushes from outside to make it look fuller. Bouquet is nothing what it was suppose to be. Monday (10/28/19) morning I will be calling to get a refund. I had my hopes up with Xavier's and they were crashes. I am the type of perfect that is all about shopping local, it's pretty sad th I will not be ordering from them again read more

I ordered from FTD, and Xavier's was their private contractor. What I ordered and paid a lot of money for and what I ended up receiving was absolute junk.. if you can't fill the order because you don't have the correct materials, flowers and vases that are shown in the photos on the website of what people can order, then you shouldn't advertise it read more

So disappointed in my order for my daughters recital today. I've been getting her flowers there for the past 3 years. I placed my order way in advance only to show up and watch them be handed to the customer in front of me. The replacement bouquet was nothing resembling the order I placed. We are from out of the area and luckily was there for the whole weekend, because the flowers were delivered on Saturday. Please be aware that if you order "add-ons" such as balloons or candy, if they do not have your "add-on" in stock, they will put "more expensive flowers" in your arrangement and not tell you. So, the balloon was $5.99 and it was not in stock so they added more expensive flowers. It was a premium arrangement already so not sure if they added an additional rose or not. I ordered a Mothers day bouquet that cost $76.04 for my mother in-law. They delivered it to the wrong address. When they were told about their mistake, they said they had no order even in their books. I told them I am looking at my bank account where the money was taken out and received by them. The lady hung up on me. That was Saturday, the day before Mothers Day. Sunday I called again. The lady said she still couldn't find any paper work on my order, then said she does not have time for this because she was suppose to close 6 minutes ago. When I called on Monday, they tried to tell me I gave them the wrong address. After being put on hold several times, they came back on and said they have found that someone on their end made the mistake. I said I wanted my money back, and they let me know it will take awhile to refund me. The manager would not even talk to me. read more

Stopped by three minutes past closing, but they welcomed me in for a last minute custom bouquet for my daughter. Not only was she friendly and quick, but she helped me pick out some colors and flowers to cater it directly to my daughters favorites. She also cut them shorter as she's only 4. When it came to the register I had a couple twenties ready to pay but was pleasantly surprised when I needed less than one and got change! A+ service! read more

I am beyond dissatisfied with the Fall River shop, to the point that I'm not sure if this post can even begin to convey my disappointment. I called the shop on Wednesday (previously Xaviers had a good reputation in the Fall River area) and I needed an arrangement to be delivered to a local funeral parlor for Friday. I had many questions as to what to order because this was the first loss of a grandparent that my children had experienced and I wanted the arrangement to be special. She directed me to the website. My children picked out a beautiful wreath and I called the shop back with the item number and asked if they could add a banner with the word "VoVo" on it (that is what my children called their grandfather). They replied "Sure, we do it all the time". And Heather assured it would be at the funeral parlor Thursday night. When I arrived Friday morning, I was beyond embarrassed.... The wreath had NO banner, the flowers were NOTHING like the ones pictured on the website, and they were starting to wither!!!! It was hideous looking. I got in my car and called Xavier's outside the funeral home and instead of being apologetic, I received an attitude, placed on hold several times and they had the audacity to ask if I took a picture of it!! I was mortified. Did they actually think I would whip out my camera and start taking pictures above my father in law's coffin in the middle of the calling hour. She then blamed the funeral home for losing the banner. I explained every other arrangement (from other florist's) had banners so I doubt the funeral home would only lose mine. She proceeded to give an attitude and said she was going to drive down there and view it for herself... I welcomed her to do it, gave her the address and she said she would call me back. That was more than 23 hours ago, no call back!!! There is zero customer service at Xavier's FR site and as I have been spreading the word, I have learned they are new owners to this business. read more

Ordered the GLORIOUS MEMORIES GARLAND for my Mom's casket online. Received a phone while boarding an airplane to go home for her funeral. This phone call was received 4 days after ordering the arrangement online. I was informed they didn't carry the arrangement I had ordered. After a few comments back and forth, I was told the manager agreed to make the arrangement for me and it would be delivered as promised. The day of the funeral, I received a phone call from the funeral home asking if the flowers were being delivered. I had to call the flower shop and tell them to deliver the arrangement. Upon arriving at the funeral home, I found the arrangement to be of the lowest quality, all greens with maybe three colored flowers. I paid the same amount, $133.00, for what probably looked like it could have been made for $20.00. I do not recommend anyone utilizing this florist. Oh ya, I also asked them to take down the arrangement from their online ordering site. Today, 1 month later, the arrangement is still online available to order. I didn't think I would have a problem with this Florist since I had made many walk in purchases from their Fall River location. Unfortunately, that was the case the past two times I made purchases through Teleflora that was handled by Xavier's Flowers. The first time was during Christmas when they delivered a totally wrong order and I had to notify Teleflora about it. Teleflora handled the situation and a new arrangement was delivered. It wasn't what I order but, it was close enough. The next time I ordered was for my wife's birthday this July. I ordered a dozen long stem pink roses and was delivered a cheap summer floral arrangement. I promptly notified Teleflora about the problem but, unfortunately Teleflora turned a deaf ear and offered a 30% discount on the incorrect delivery. That wasn't acceptable to me and Teleflora said they would contact Xavier's Flowers and have them redeliver. That didn't happen. I then e-mailed Xavier's and never got a response. My wife went to the store location and talked to people there who said, on both occasions they would pass the information to the owner. Well, that was weeks ago and no further correspondence occurred. I did take pictures of the incorrect delivery but, that didn't seem to matter to anyone. Maybe, I am the one out of step here thinking that when you order something specific and something else is delivered you shouldn't have to pay for what you didn't want. read more
