Check-in was super smooth and easy, and once they give you your wristbands, you are set. The wristbands gave us access to some of the top dayclubs and nightclubs in Vegas every single day (sometimes even 2+ options in one day) and they included open bar with some of the top artists around the world. Everything was already planned out so we didn't have to plan a thing, but we also didn't have to stick to the itinerary if we wanted to do our own thing, which was nice. We stayed at The Strat, which was a convenient and solid hotel option. If an issue ever came up, I was able to reach someone from JusCollege right away. They were super responsive and immediately made sure everything was handled so my trip stayed on track. That kind of support made me feel taken care of the whole time. On top of that, I felt safe the entire trip being surrounded by so many other college students who were all there for the same experience. The vibes were UNMATCHED. They model their website to look almost identical to the resort so you think you are on the actual resorts website. I booked a room and thought I was done. Well, I needed to make a change, reached out to the hotel and found out I didn't book through them. So I had to reach back out to these guys and found out they are a "reseller". I felt like this was shady and no longer wanted to keep my book with them and would rather deal with the hotel directly like I assumed I had the first time. I was told it would be over $500 to cancel (the resort charges $0) so after some arguing I reluctantly kept the booking and booked the remaining changes directly with the resort. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE AND DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE RESORT, ITS THE SAME PRICE OR BETTER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS HEADS AND TAILS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!

On June 8, 2020 I purchased 2 trips for 4 days/3 nights each at my choice of 30+ domestic…read moredestinations or 10+ International destinations for 2 adults and 2 children under 18 from Worldwise Vacation and Tours.  One of these promotional vouchers expired in June 2021 and the other expires September 2021.  This promotion also includes the choice of a Las Vegas trip for 3 days/2 nights as well since the company is based out of Nevada.  That promotion expires 12/15/2021.  I paid $397.15 via credit card over the phone to Worldwise Vacation and Tours 7145 Bermuda Road Las Vegas, NV 89119 for this promotional trip.  The order number is 43496.  The booklet I received states I can book by calling 72 hours in advance. I have been calling Worldwise Tours at 800-357-6023, Mario (owner of Worldwise Tours) at 702-591-4571 to book my vacation.  When I finally got in touch with Susan at Worldwise Tours last month, I was told that I would need to contact Assured Travel (5958 Priestly Dr Ste 200 Carlsbad, CA 92008) because they only deal with Nevada bookings/promotions.  So, I then called Assured Travel at (800) 939-5936 multiple times at different times of the day.  Most times when I call, the answering machine picks up and says "Call cannot be completed at this time.  Please try your call again later". I also emailed them at cs@assuredtravel.com and also eburke@grandincentives.com on July 27 explaining this situation and asking them to give me a call back.  Both of these emails have since been sent back to me as invalid email addresses.
