I was in his shop yesterday looking for a Tremeloes CD. A female clerk asked if she could help and I replied "Tremeloes?". She appeared to look rather stunned since she was a younger woman and probably has never heard of many of the famous groups of yesteryear. Anyways, the owner, sitting on his chubby duff behind the counter shouts out, "I don't think we have that in stock, but I can order it....it would be $25". Well, I've been down this road before and am rather sick of ordering something, paying for it, waiting, getting the phone call from the store, having to go - again - to the store...and finally getting the CD I want. Seems to happen more often than not. So I declined saying I could just as easily order it myself (and have it delivered right to my door!). At this, the chubby owner seemed to lose it..."Why would you do that?" he asked in a loud voice..."Well, why shouldn't I?" I... replied..."Because I need to support this business, I'm a local guy, I have staff to pay and rent to pay...blah, blah, blah". Then he says "If you order it yourself, is it cheaper?"...I replied "I don't know...I" He interupted me "YOU DON"T KNOW???, then, why...I'm just trying to understand!?". I didn't bother to reply...I thought, what's up with this guy...has he gone nuts... I was starting to do a slow boil but I kept my cool...I like this store but he was saying eveything wrong...driving business away. I kept looking at the other albums in the store but I started to get really worked up and finally just walked out. After all, whose money is it anyways...it's not his...I can spend it however and wherever I want...it's none of his damn business. I don't want to strike this store off my list of shops I patronize but it'll be a long time before I ever go back and I'm going to tell everyone I can about my experience at Bach & Beyond, Golden Mile Shopping Center, Regina

Ordered twice from this company…read more All orders came as pictured accept for two t shirts. A Metallica and a Slayer. They were photographed as being pre 2005 tagged/licensed shirts but came as stamped 2017 budget quality reprints. My other 8 shirts came as pictured. I called as soon as the order came and was told to call back the next day, that my problem would be sorted out. I did and was then told to call back the next day, I did and was then told a sister would call me back, she didn't. I called back the next day again and now the "sister" picks up to let me know that I will have to pay to ship them back and a potential restocking fee? She also pretended to not know what I was talking about and asked me about my order number that I had already given to her brother? We're talking about two t shirts that did not come as photographed aside from the 8 I'm happy with. She told me that they use old photos for new products... as if that makes up for it? Anyways I'm not spending $50 to return $50 worth of t shirts. Interesting how this business can screw up and order and then make the customer feel used for wanting to return an item they didn't ask for. I wonder if they kept me calling for 5 days because they thought I'd give up? Anyways I'm not returning the shirts because I don't know what the "restocking fee" is and I don't feel like paying to return ship something I didn't order. Sketchy.
