I ordered the Chicken Fajita special, and the "fixings" looked like they'd been sitting around all day: wilted lettuce, sad diced tomatoes, and cheese with zero flavor. The portion of chicken was tiny. The person with me ordered a pizza and said it wasn't even as good as a frozen one from Giant--and honestly, that wasn't an exaggeration. The place is loud, not very clean, and feels neglected. They do offer a veteran discount, but couldn't apply it because there was no manager on-site. That about sums up the level of professionalism here. Big Woody's isn't just disappointing--it's a consistently bad experience.
