His attitude turned a food-quality problem into a very bad customer-service experience. The one bright spot was our waitress, who was professional, sympathetic, and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. She did her best to help in a difficult situation. We ultimately left without eating. The food was removed from our bill, but the manager's response left us feeling completely disregarded. Also noticed several beer taps were unavailable and the restaurant was unusually empty at dinner time. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
