This is the best gym experience I've had. I 100% recommend this gym and these trainers. My trainer, Robbie, is knowledgeable helpful kind and focused on helping me meet my goals. Not your typical gym Bros and a place where everyone feels accepted. They're good at what they do so they are popular and I think you have to understand that going in, with regard to scheduling. I had been trying to engage with this gym for nearly a year; never once invited to come check them out, get a walk through, discuss services or prices-or grab a 1 day trial workout-nothing. I have allegedly been on a 'wait list' for this entire time frame as well with no training/trainer available at all M-F 6pm or later, nor any time frame at all on a Saturday-nothing available at all for a year...No one ever reaches out to me to check in, maintain contact nor any of the above mentioned anythings ever offered. Every few months when I would reach out, just a No, we do not have anything to offer you. Keep repeating the same thing, 'I guess it's not a bad problem to have', attempting to slap themself on the back - for advertising personal training, but not being able to have any time for a potential new client in a year's time. This is the best gym I've ever trained at. The quality and breadth of equipment at this gym is beyond anything else we have here in the Illinois Valley. The personal training is top notch. My trainer, Bob, helped me retool and reshape my body so that I could be my absolute physical best competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The most special thing about this place is the culture. you will feel immediately welcome here; and even if you don't know anyone in the gym you will feel like you're working out with your friends. Went to this gym while visiting family over the holidays, and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere and staff are warm, welcoming, and energetic. They have competition bench press racks, dumbbells past 100 lbs, big turf area, punching bags, posing mirrors and more. They also have 1st Phorm supplements for sale as well. I would recommend this gym to anyone, and wish it was my gym back home. read more

This has to be by far the BEST gym I've ever been to! Great trainers, very friendly, calls all their customers/ clients by name, extremely professional and helpful. The gym is always clean and well taken care of. New equipment is added often. This gym is perfect for anyone, any weight, any size, any age, new to working out or been at it for years. Been at this gym a little over 2 years now. I hate that I'm relocating. I'll have to find a gym at least half as great as this!! read more
