Wyoming.com WAS a great Wyoming owned company until it sold in 2020. After that they had a major melt down when they transferred tech hosting to some (albeit I'm sure) cheaper host provider. Then in March 2020, all email services went down for a month, my multiple business accounts and hosting that I had had for 20+ years were inaccessible. It is taking YEARS of time we don't have to try and find the records/emails that should have been stored in our accounts. Horrible. Today 2024, the web-based email system is so slow it is unusable. And formerly very knowledgeable tech support, not so much anymore. So sad to see a formerly GREAT Wyoming service/company ruined by the new owners who undoubtedly went on the cheap with their service. Thousands just dropped wyoming.com as a provider. We're looking to change doing business with these folks ASAP, so sad after being happy with their service from 2002-2020. To boot they CHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS $3 for mailed bills...and had emailed bills to unworking wyoming.com accounts, then they shut down the email accounts when the unreceived bill was unpaid. And theatened to delete 20+ year email accounts if not received from this fiasco. over it. read more

Wyoming.com recently changed its ownership and its historically poor performance became radically worse. It so-called 'transition' to a new email vendor has been a frickin' nightmare. For the first several days, access to wyoming.com email was impossible, at worst, or spotty at best. Today was the last straw, as wyoming.com email customers lost their entire history of emails. Can you imagine loading your email only to see a few you had received today - and absolutely zero prior to that? The response from customer service was don't worry, it wasn't our fault, it'll get fixed. The response from me and many other former customers is, you have lost our trust. We're done. Don't go anywhere near this outfit. They're irresponsible with your data. read more

Wyoming.com, one of the slowest ISPs in our state. Sure, the support staff and customer service is good. Unfortunately, they are limited and provide half the speed at a price many others charge the same or less. And when you request a service disconnect, they take weeks to honor then charge you for their delays. When a company is this poor of a performer compared to the competition, send a stamp to retrieve you're archaic equipment... Don't charge your customers $21 for equipment worth $1.21. Horrible ISP. read more
