****Beware - Don't use HelloTech!!**** I tried for two days to book appointment but there were no…read moretechs available. I spoke to a Supervisor on 10/16/24 and she made an install appointment for me for 10/19/24. On 10/19/24 the Hellotech was a "no show" and never arrived, I received no email, no phone call, and no text message from Hellotech about my appointment. On 10/19/24 I called HelloTech at noon and Bryan requested to have a Supervisor call me within two hours. I received no call, no email, and no text message from a Supervisor. HelloTech is a scam and they lead people on to think they will schedule the appoinment based on your availability. Now I see HelloTech canceled my appointment. I still need to have HelloTech install my tv. Please have a Senior Manager call me to set an install appointment. I purchase the large tv and install service through Walmart because they offered an install service with HelloTech. HelloTech refuses to contact me, they refuse to honor their install appointment, and I still need help installing my tv.

Wyoming.com WAS a great Wyoming owned company until it sold in 2020. After that they had a major…read moremelt down when they transferred tech hosting to some (albeit I'm sure) cheaper host provider. Then in March 2020, all email services went down for a month, my multiple business accounts and hosting that I had had for 20+ years were inaccessible. It is taking YEARS of time we don't have to try and find the records/emails that should have been stored in our accounts. Horrible. Today 2024, the web-based email system is so slow it is unusable. And formerly very knowledgeable tech support, not so much anymore. So sad to see a formerly GREAT Wyoming service/company ruined by the new owners who undoubtedly went on the cheap with their service. Thousands just dropped wyoming.com as a provider. We're looking to change doing business with these folks ASAP, so sad after being happy with their service from 2002-2020. To boot they CHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS $3 for mailed bills...and had emailed bills to unworking wyoming.com accounts, then they shut down the email accounts when the unreceived bill was unpaid. And theatened to delete 20+ year email accounts if not received from this fiasco. over it.
