After waiting for 20 minutes crammed into the back of my mom's car, the driver showed up and seemed to be fully incoherent. Had my mom been available to drive, I would have sent him away and had her drive us for fear of my own safety. Once in the car, the driver was extremely strange and made us very uncomfortable. When attempting to contact Craig to request a refund, I was quickly dismissed so he could do his "research" and never contacted again.
