On a separate time, I needed to update my address and gave it to him, turns out he didn't update it. I need to add dental insurance now and he just doesn't respond. He treats you like you aren't worth his time. My coverage has now lapsed because I have kept waiting on him to call or email back. Don't recommend. Find someone else unless you like being ignored.
