I'm glad that it is being managed for me by someone else, because I'm not confident with builders as single woman and he didn't take my question about where he had been seriously. the final task for them was repairing a hole in my bedroom ceiling through to the attic. apart from making a mess, they did a good job. overall, if he could cut corners he did, but I have a watertight roof, and no hole in my ceiling.

We had been worried about starting such a big project alongside working/living at home, but the team on site were very professional, friendly and always left the site clean and tidy each day. We were really impressed with the high-quality work of all the tradespeople that worked on our loft. Mark visited the site regularly and kept us updated with the progress at each stage. It was always easy to reach Mark with any questions or queries throughout (before, during & after) the work.
