Went here with my partner and his sister who go a few times a year. I was told that due to the…read morethermal waters their are nutrients, minerals and health benefits. Probably important for me to mention that I am American where for us the day spas I patronize you pay for a day pass to the spa versus your paid entry here only including 2 hours. For myself and my partner personally two hours is just not enough time to relax, to stay on schedule with the ability to experience all floors and rooms I had to continue exploring every 10-15 minutes which left no time to relax. Soon as I would get comfortable and start snoozing it was time to move on to the next room or level. I am not quite sure the reason for the two hour time limit but would love to know. Also, as you migrate between the floors with the one towel and bath robe they give you constantly taking off and putting back on at some point thy become drenched and no longer serve the purpose of keeping you warm in-between floors and dry. Also, they accept reservations; however everything was extremely small here from the multi bodies in the pools to the point you could not find a spot along the wall to the crammed bodies within the treatment rooms; this facility needs to be badly renovated to accommodate the reservations they are receiving or they need to decrease the number of reservations allotted within a given time frame. Lastly, for each pool there is only one massage water pressure device so there are literally lines to access it. For a pool I am used to having ample (8-10) per pool. Will i return; not if I can locate a more cozy and accommodating day spa. Sorry one more thing they make you lock up your phones here and the showers, and locker rooms are co-ed. So you are literally showering with a bathing suit on; I could not wait to get back to my partners sisters place to take a proper shower.

Amazing experience! No cameras are allowed in past check in, but we had a phenomenal time. This is…read morea swimsuit on facility, for those wondering. There's plenty of saunas and steam rooms to try, and two large heated pools. Only complaint is the noise. They have no noise policy, and it was not relaxing as it could have been. This is a social spa. ‍ other than that, 10/10 experience!

I was a member of Esporta for 3 years and really enjoyed my time as a member there. Why did I quit…read moremy membership? My circumstances changed and I felt it was a little too expensive to keep paying the membership. Luckily for me I used to go almost daily at around 2pm when the club was very quiet. After an hour in the gym I would go to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool which I pretty much had all to myself. I used to sit in the tub over looking the pool fantasizing I was a billionaire and this was my house. I often considered calling security whenever another member tried to join me in the tub. As far as price is concerned they are more expensive but also better and more well equipped than Fitness First and not as expensive and not as good as David Lloyd.

The good thing was that I always managed to get on a machine even though it was busy. And, mostly, there was enough room to swim. The pool is pretty small, only about fifteen meters but warm and clean. I went to a number of classes - the aerobics was a tad challenging but the 'body in balance' was just the job during a stressful week. Conveniently located next to the National Tennis Centre so the same desk deals with courts, tournaments and coaching. And conveniently for parents there's also a nice café with good coffee. And conveniently for kids they also do chips.
