My husband rode horses during his boarding school days and was eager to ride again. But the rest of the family didn't have any previous experience but the staff was quite patient and gave us basic instructions on how to steer the horse and ride slowly through the countryside. We had 1:1 guide with us the entire time. The only thing I was surprised about was them tagging on another 8.5 pounds for an assessment. Wasn't sure what's there to assess since we were all beginners. The staff explained that it was to match us with the "right" horse. Anyway, other than that, overall, it was a pleasant experience and if you're into horses and want to see the countryside, this is a great way to do it.

Feldenkrais has taught me a new way to learn and problem solve - there is always an "easy" way to do something.... Luigi V. cabin crew Ryanair . Bristol England. "For the past ten years I've been unable to walk without severe pain, unable to bend, and had difficulty sleeping. I tried countless physical therapies with minimal success. Since working with Romyna, I feel as though I've been given a new lease on life! I am sleeping well, can walk for miles with very little pain, and can almost touch the floor again. I'm extremely grateful for what Romyna and The Feldenkrais Method have done for me." - Rita G. retire. Rome Italy. "Feldenkrais, with Romyna , has been one of those incredible experiences that slowly "snuck up" on me and then seemingly "suddenly" changed my life! At age 83 I really assumed that my body was what it was and that change would be minimal. Instead, I'm discovering that I have so much more potential that I ever thought possible. Romyna has been an incredible coach in helping me rediscover all that my body can do. I've also experienced the transfer of these physical breakthroughs into other areas of my life! As my body has become more connected, aware, and flexible the same thing has been happening in everything else I do. Romyna has been a true master a facilitating this process." - Eleonora C. retire. Rome Italy. "During my first Feldenkrais class with Romyna I was hooked on the brilliance, beauty and grace of the process and the meditative quality I was able to achieve. Then, when we began the hands-on lessons, a whole new world was opened to me. I realized what I could do if I would "get out of my own way". I recently had total hip replacement surgery. I am quickly regaining my muscle strength, general range of motion, and energy with amazing speed and ease. I attribute this to my Feldenkrais practice. Furthermore, I am convinced that had I met Romyna a few months earlier, I would not have needed the surgery at all!" - Giovanni , retired Rome Italy. "I have had severe scoliosis for my whole life. I'm on the computer many hours a day. I have found that through working with Romyna and the Feldenkrais Method that my pain level has been greatly reduced. I even hold my chiropractic adjustments longer. I highly recommend Romyna." - Vanda P. , English teacher Bristol England. "I have been intrigued by this subtle form of retraining the nervous system, which I recommend to patients whose movement has been restricted by injury, cerebral palsy, stroke, fibromyalgia, or chronic pain. I find it to be much more useful than standard physical therapy. I also believe that the Feldenkrais Method can help older people achieve greater range of motion and flexibility, and help all of us feel more comfortable in our bodies." Rita P.
