Not a professional gunsmith. Job was to install a new handguard. Bill first went after my scope with a destructive channel-lock rather than a wrench because it was handy. Used a similar unknown tool on the barrel marring it badly. Lost the parts included with the new handguard. When I went to pick it up, the upper was not working right. He went after that using a letter opener. I settled for the return of my dismembered rifle and the new $75 guard with missing pieces for $150. I brought the basket case to a real gunsmith and will not return to this hack. read more
