Love this location. Lots of meeting times. Friendly people. If my schedule allows, I love the Tuesday night meeting with Denise.

    - Other than having my blood taken at the beginning of my program and a letter being given me for…read moremy HSA program from some mysterious doctor I have never seen, there is very little that I consider "medical" about this program. - I am REQUIRED, despite there being heart disease that runs in my family, to eat pre-packaged food that are full of things that are not only not good for me, but things that have even been known to cause cancer, such as artificial sweeteners. These types of foods are an absolute no-no for me in my daily life in general, but when I signed up for this "medical" program, I am now required to eat them. This makes no sense to me. - I was never asked about my allergies. I had to speak up. I was also never talked to in any way about my cholesterol levels, my family history of heart disease or diabetes. - My health care provider offers a reduction in cost for being healthier, so I asked for a copy of my results of my blood test from your clinic to provide to them. Upon receiving it, I saw that according to what is normal, my LDL cholesterol is high. Perhaps not horribly so, but marked in their file as high, nonetheless. Not a single soul ever even mentioned this to me. As a matter of fact, at one point, one employee voiced concern that I was not having my egg for breakfast daily, as she was concerned I was missing out on protein. Nothing was said about my watching my LDL cholesterol, however. - Our bodies are only meant to have a certain amount of protein in a day. Protein beyond that ends up being waste. Their nutrients, which are praised for their high protein content, while perhaps having some good vitamins in them, are basically a big dose of protein to eat to fill you up and then pass through your system later. The nutrients also caused me to have stomach aches daily. - When I raised the concern of the nutrients upsetting my stomach, they suggested doing bars instead of powders...effectively increasing both my sugar AND artificial sweetener intake. Both of these are things that are not good for me and in my mind should not be part of a HEALTHY, medically suggested diet. I was not looking for weight loss at any cost. I was looking for healthy weight loss. - The biggest and most important part of all of this is that me and my fiance are trying to get pregnant. I am certain that these products, if not good for me, are certainly NOT good for a developing fetus. Most women do not even know they are pregnant for 1-3 months after they have conceived. So potentially I could be giving these questionable nutrients to a developing fetus. I want to do nothing that in any way risks the normal growth and development of my potential child. It is known that pre-processed foods contribute to all kinds of developmental issues in newborns. Why was this not mentioned to me when I told their staff I was trying to conceive? Why was I not asked at the beginning if I was pregnant or intending on becoming pregnant? Why is MWLC so medically irresponsible? - In this day and age, where people who want to be healthy are actively seeking health through organic foods, fresh, local produce, working out more and eating out less, why is MWLC still pushing artificial, pre-processed garbage? - Beware of the "fine print" or completely uncommunicated messages that they sneak in on you. There are a dozen ways for them to not have to honor their guarantee and about as many things you could do to render it invalid without knowing it. - NO technology for tracking food, getting support or utilizing the benefits of social media either.

PLEASE BE AWARE. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION... unfortunately I fell into the hands of this…read moredoctor Rana Sabbagh, it all stared it when I went to Birminghan skin & hair aesthetics, and I asked the person I consulted for Botox, if she knew a good plastic surgeon, and she recommended me doctor Rana sabbagh, believing in This person made an appointment with this doctor. Eight years ago I had undergone a Lipo sculpture in Colombia where they shaped my body and they did a good job, the surgery was easy because I have always been slimmer. I weighed 116lbs back then. As several years had passed since I had undergone Lipo, now my skin was a little flaccid and with 4 pounds more, when I had the consultation with Dr. Rana Sabbagh I weighed more or less 121 pounds, she told me that she would practice smart lipo. Local anesthesia would be (at least that's what I thought) I told her that what it bothered me is that i had a little fat on my back and wanted to had remove it like years ago. Remember my weight 1221 pounds or something like that) she told me you are going to look great, the fat that I removed would be put on the face, she told me it would be very little because I did not have much fat to remove, but in any case, my face It would look great after doing fat transfer on my face. She charged $7500. The day of my surgery it was performed in her own building in a small room, at that time I asked myself, where is the anesthesiologist? The nurse came and gave me a glass of water and some pills, I asked her what is this? She tells me it's Xanax and Benadryl, with this you fall asleep and we proceed to do the surgery. I thought omg, then she is going to anesthetize me, I also think, I felt vulnerable, really I was in a situation that I didn't know how to think about it, or what to do, too late. After a few minutes, Dr. Rana Sabbagh came I was already on the bed, I asked the nurse, when are you going to inject the anesthesia? She replied, "This is the anesthetized one." By this time i was sedated and deviled on Xanax and Benadryl. Later, Dr. Rana begins to proceed by inserting the cannula and suctioning me, you cannot imagine the pain and the screams that it caused me, I felt that she were killing me in life, for a long time I grabbed this doctor's hand and shouted "no more please" this has traumatized me for a long time. I came out of surgery and returned home, this doctor told me that my recovery would take two or three days and that after that I could go back to work without pain and without any problem. It was the worst nightmare, the recovery took me two weeks with the most intense pain that you can not imagine, this doctor left my stomach and my back full of fibrosis, masses in my body, I had to help myself with a rolling pin and massaged that hard mass that she leave every part of body with the most intense pain but I have to do it. After a week I could already see my body, this doctor left my body like a roller coaster, she suctioned one side the other side she did not suction on my back she took fat from the bottom part the top part and the sides I did not remove , my skin is sagging as if I had lost 100 lbs. A month after the surgery I had an appointment with her, and I told her that I I wasn't happy with this result, she replied "you are skinny and of course you are going to have fibrosis"This is not true, when a real professional performs surgery on you, and especially if you are slim there, should never be fibrosis. She told me that she could perform another surgery on me and that I had a year if she wanted to do it again and for FREE. My God, I would never fall into the hands of this Dr. Rana Sabbagh again. I have consulted two real surgeons plastics. Their answers were, we really are not going to make you spend more money to fix the damage that she did to you. We would have to cut. This MD Rana Sabbagh doctor, she is not a plastic surgeon. Unfortunately I was a victim of my own ignorance.

Dr Rana Sabbagh is extremely caring and attentive to her patients needs. I highly recommend her…read more She is highly skilled and knows exactly what she is doing!
