My first class was with Adriana, Yoga for Centering, and was hooked. The classes are more traditional yoga with movement linked to breath and a focus on the yoga philosophy. Fast forward 4 months, I am attending classes 2-3 days a week and am feeling the effects of the strength that I have built. I had a follow up to my knee surgery with the surgeon and he was blown away with the strength that I had built in my knee. My progress continues to be a journey but am so excited that I have found this studio. Adriana is very supportive and provides alternatives to poses to ensure that I do not re-injure myself. In addition, she offers a middle schooler class on Monday night that my 12yo loves to attend and is learning so much. I highly recommend this studio to anyone, at any level, to check out.
