Thanks to their help, I was able to SAFELY and STEADILY drop 18-20lbs in about 3 months so I could fit my wedding dress!! Dr. Nadia handles the labwork, nutrition/diet plans, and meds (if needed). Dr. Andre will help you with all your exercise goals/strategies/plans and will work with you on your mindset and lifestyle (so you don't relapse). Together, they are an amazing team (they are husband and wife, too) that will support you every step of the way to help you reach your weight goals SAFELY. AND they will help you MAINTAIN your weight. Their program has evolved very quickly and has adapted to accommodate patients during the COVID pandemic. You use their app on your phone to log your calorie intake, vitals, track weight, etc. The app also allows you to text them at any time if you have questions/concerns and they respond quickly :) Depending on your plan, you may meet with one of them once a week (so you do feel like you are held accountable and can't slack off because you're gonna see them every 7 days!!) If you ever have to go to their office in-person, rest-assured their office is VERY CLEAN (and they both are decked-out in PPE) with strict procedures in place to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. This was the best investment I have made for my health and well-being. By dropping the COVID weight, my overall health has drastically improved, apparently my cholesterol is wonderfully low, blood pressure down, my clothes fit (and some are now too baggy!), I FEEL GREAT, and most importantly... I FIT THE DRESS !!

Body needed 1400 calories a day - diet was 600 calories per day = 800 calories a day of weight loss. In the end I lost 10 pounds. The app SCALE UP didn't seem to work anymore. I should have spent the $2000 on Ozempic and Rybelsus instead. I can't fault the diet alone, but it is hard to follow. What really set me back was being told I had to restart the diet and over eat a few days. The reason was because I charted the diet wrong, listing my calories loading days as day one, instead it should not have been written down by me. It ruined my pace. I will do the diet again but on my own terms and using similar supplements bought on Amazon instead of paying $2000 bucks for the plan.

They put you on a 500 calorie per day diet for the first phase which is a starvation diet. They do it presumably to capitalize on your motivation, get you fast results, and psychologically teach your brain that you can restrict calories so that the next phase feels easier. They say this is a body reset which literally there is no evidence of. Even their website quotes the Stanford experiment incorrectly. The experiment proved there is no proof a DNA based diet increases weight loss. Save your money and diet a healthy way. Don't pay for someone to give you fiber supplements and cut your carbs and fats to nothing. Response to owner: Show me proof your VLCD is sustainable weight loss. It isn't. Very first person who tagged you on Instagram has gained all her previous weight back. And you post studies proving 500 calories a day loses weight while ignoring the studies which show there's no evidence a genetic based diet works? Thats called exploitation and bad business where I'm from.

Very aggressive procedure for an older women to undergo. Next time I will seek a doctor who specializes in dermatology or cosmetic surgery, not internal medicine. A board certified plastic surgeon is best! I've learned my lesson. On their website they pose the only risk is: Some bruising or mild swelling. THIS IS FALSE. I have dimpling & hyperpigmentation which still exists as of this posting. Downtime after the treatment: I had to rest in a separate room at their facility for 35 minutes. I was light-headed and disoriented. I had significant swelling. I needed to ice my cheeks several times each day for the next 3 days. I could not get on with my day! I will require derma fillers now to fill in the dimpling.

First off I know most of the people who have gone here have been helped. My purpose is to alert the…read morefew that may not have a great outcome from these pellets. The biggest problem is once they are in, you can't do anything to change that. So I have had the worst experience you could imagine. I do want to say that the staff for the most part were great. They do need to have an emergency call number if there is a problem. They also refunded my last pellets which was appreciated. So to get to what happened to me. The first pellets were initially put in beginning of September. I had barely any estrogen and testosterone I was told. I had an immediate burst in energy which lasted less than a month. I started getting hot flashes which I really didn't have before and by December my hair was falling out a lot and started getting acne! I started growing hair on my face and was losing muscle mass which still hasn't come back and is worse. I thought they would give me less testosterone but from what I understand was given about the same amount. Acne just got progressively worse. I mean boils around my neck and back of neck that hurt especially at 66/67. I never had pimples like that before. My face is now scarred especially around my chin and neck areas. Still breaking out. I also couldn't tolerate the DIMS that they recommended to take. My progesterone was reduced because I could barely function the next morning. It knocks me out. Also started to swell in my legs. Some of this happened after getting the second dose of pellets as my reason for taking them was to build up bone mass. I wanted to give them a chance and work out the kinks. I was also put on antibiotics for my skin which really didn't help much and I had to stop taking these as I was getting the worst pain across my abdomen and down the sides of my legs. That pain went on for 2 1/2 weeks and I was told by my Dr. I had an intestinal infection. That is not what it was at all. Since by then it was now March and the pain was getting worse. Everything I ate or took felt like it was making it worse. I wasn't sleeping and could barely eat and by then for only 3 days I stopped the progesterone and everything else I was taking supplement wise. Then between a Friday night and Early Saturday morning I woke up and felt no pain at all but my bed was wet! I got up and was covered in blood! My bed was soaked and it was pouring out of me and nothing like any period I ever had! My biggest issue was they have no number to call on the weekend. My poor younger son had to help me and drive to the hospital to get pads! Because in the middle of the night no one is open. It was scary, a mess and a nightmare. So to make matters worse I had to take more progesterone then I was and back to being exhausted. Between the amount of blood I lost and the progesterone I barely could work! So now at 66 I was having to buy pads. This went on 18 days and finally stopped. Still breaking out and have lost half my head hair and skin is so dry. I apparently can't take testosterone. It made me have extreme anxiety and irritable which wasn't like me at all. Some days I felt like I could knock someone out. I have not been pleasant to be around and as of now finally am starting to feel like myself. I am going to have to go back to my old Gynecologist and will just go back to taking pills and or a patch. Pellets for me were just too much and really wish I hadn't done it at all. If I had to do it over again with what I know now would have requested the lowest dose to start with. I really think it was too much for my body to adjust to. To address the getting back to me issue- what happened was on a weekend and I called left a message. Peggy got back to me but given the amount of blood lost and the situation in general NO I wasn't called back right away. In fact not until a week from when it happened. Per my response that they need someone to contact in emergencies. Anyone else in their right mind would have gone to the hospital. I ended up bleeding again although not nearly as much as before. Once more after this for 3 days! An update after seeing my gynecologist I have to get an Endometrial Biopsy to check for Cancer and found out today I also had a bad Pap smear and have to get a Colposcopy. My point is to warn women that there are risks. My skin is still a mess and honestly if I had researched more would not have done the pellets at all. The progesterone I have since found out I am allergic to as it is made with peanuts and have bovine gelatin in them. There are less invasive treatments that you have more control over with bio identical animal free creams.
