I always walk my dog by this place and finally looked up what it was! This wellness center has…read moreeverything! Chiropractor, massage therapist, mental health counselors, nutrition experts and yoga. I went to the Tuesday night yoga class run by Joanna and it was wonderful! This hatha yoga class focused on relaxation. It was a 90 minute candle lit yoga session filled with light stretching, mindfulness and guided meditation. She even has tea for her Yogi's. The best part is the cost- only $5.00! She also teaches a more fitness based yoga class every Sunday morning at 9am for the same price. If you want to be a frequent yogi, you can get a 4 class pass for $20.00. I purchased the 4 class pass because I was so impressed with it. I can't wait to try the Sunday class. Here's a little tip, it's cash only so make sure you bring it with you. Also, you do not have to bring your own equipment- the studio has everything you will need but you're welcome to bring your own if you like.
