This company has come to Santa Fe NM to give me an estimate for a foundation repair. Two men came on 2 separate occasions to my house and gave me an estimate. I sent them the plans of my property and all of the information in my engineers report and I let them know right up front that my neighborhood required a permit for the work and so does the state of NM. They couldn't get a permit and I asked for my deposit of $47,000 back and they are not returning my calls, I even drove to Amarillo to visit with them, the owner is never in the office and the lady's that I spoke with said that she would have him call me. I have called several times no response completely blown me off. The company is not honest and they have had my money for 3 months. My next move is to get my attorney involved.
