Initially, we had carpet in our home when we bought the house back in September of 2025. But before doing the floors, Victor and his team did our kitchen remodel. The brick backsplash in our kitchen turned out exactly the way we envisioned it to look. On top of doing the floor, Victor helped us create our vision of doing a beautiful brick floor that lined up against the fireplace. It transitioned very well to the PVL flooring we choose to do throughout the rest of the house. Throughout the entire projects, Victor provided wonderful customer service. He follows up daily ensuring that we were happy with the work. If any problems occurred, he would fix it and make sure we are happy before moving on to the next process. Finally our latest project with Victor and his team, was rebuilding our shower. It was leaking and needed to be built for the ground up. We had chosen to do a design layout from the 1980's. His team did a marvelous job. We are very pleased with the work and is undergoing another project with them soon remodeling the rest of the house.

I found Rick on yelp, read his reviews and picked him based on similar type of work. Read the negative reviews he had but contacted him anyway. Without knowing or meeting him he immediately set up an appointment to see the job through my tenant. After the site visit he prepared a detailed proposal, which looked like he was familiar with the scope of work I needed. He did this almost contactless with my tenant, which I appreciated in this era of Covid. We reviewed the written proposal over the phone, came to a meeting of the minds really fast. My tenant was moving out in 2 weeks so he agreed to start the work the day they moved. I needed quick turnaround so I could re-rent the property. All the time I was long distance, never meeting him and he completed the work (replaced sill plates) in 3 days.i met Rick 2 days after he finished the work. I was pleasantly surprised, he executed the work exactly as the proposal stated. Prices were very reasonable. Timing was better than I would have expected. Saved me time, all without actually meeting until after the work was done. I will call him in the future to take care of other issues with my rental property. Thank you Rick!

Rick Miller, owner of RDM Construction, was very courteous and knowledgeable. Rick dealt with the pricing and estimates himself and came by the project fairly often. He did have a construction manager on site that did a lot of the day to day operation and work. Rick's crew worked hard and seemed very trustworthy. We had some minor issues arise on occasion and Rick attempted to rectify them at minimal cost. Rick is a solid contractor to hire. All-in-all, RDM is a good "bulk" construction company. In other words, from my experience, they seem to do things like foundation work, framing, and stucco very well. Where they lacked a bit on my project was the finite details. PRO's Honest and trustworthy Does well with "bulk" contruction Always answered my calls promptly Lower cost price than the competitors CON's Finished work not always as detailed as it could have been Did not initiate contact regularly Was a bit over the time frame we had agreed to (though to be fair, some of this was weather related.) I think if you are looking for someone honest and reliable, RDM Construction would be a very good choice.

I originally left a negative review after a very disappointing warranty walkthrough experience. The…read moreconcerns I raised left me frustrated, angry, and feeling unheard. However, after escalating my concerns, Betenbough's leadership team personally stepped in. General Manager Bryan Watson remained engaged throughout the process, Vice President Corey Lusk personally called me to discuss my concerns, and President Cal Zant took the time to respond directly as well. While the original experience was not what I expected, I believe true leadership is demonstrated by what happens after a mistake is made. Bryan, Corey, and Cal did not ignore the situation. They listened, took ownership, remained engaged, and worked to rebuild trust. As a veteran and former leader myself, I respect accountability when I see it. I wanted to acknowledge the professionalism, responsiveness, and leadership shown by Betenbough's leadership team. Their willingness to listen and engage directly made a lasting impression on me and is the reason I am updating my review. I also want to make it clear that my opinion of the home-buying process has never changed. Courtney, Brandon, and Brenda were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire purchasing process. My frustrations were centered on the warranty experience, not the people who helped us purchase our home. They represented Betenbough Homes exceptionally well, and I remain grateful for everything they did for my wife and me. Thank you to Bryan, Corey, Cal, Courtney, Brandon, and Brenda for your professionalism and for demonstrating what leadership and customer service should look like.
