At 1:30PM, they called us to inform us that they "ran out of dumpsters" and wouldn't be able to deliver the dumpster that was ordered 2 days prior. When asked to speak with someone above him, the caller responded that "they were in the Bahamas" and that we should "call back". Complete and utter BS. And I do mean last minute; once there was already snow on the ground! Once the snow melted, they were here in days to skillfully handle what I'm too lazy to do. I'm the only dummy on my block with a bunch of old-growth trees on their property (yes, my lawn-fussy neighbors hate me). There are a TON of leaves. The year I did the job myself, I lost count after forty (40!) lawn & leaf bags filled. Mike & the Top Cut crew made our life so much easier, and did a perfect job! And the price was surprisingly reasonable. No, really! I'm annoyed that there aren't many reviews for Top Cut. They deserve a chance to earn your business.
