Worker showed up on time and after showing him everything to be done, he told me that demolition wa not included. I told him it was never discussed. He also didn't have anything about the gate repair. He told me it was their error, so they would include it at no extra charge. Next day new section of fence was installed. didn't connect to old fence seamlessly (6" difference) and co-owner said "Well they're 6' boards, old ones are only 5'6". Absolutely refused to set boards lower so they matched. He said "well when you replace that section of fence you can get taller fence boards" . When completed I was told it was measured wrong and I needed to pay for demolition as well as an additional 24 feet of fencing. Co-owner stated that he shouldn't have to bear the brunt of a poorly measured work order. Cost went from quoted $2400 to $3465! Im an 80 year old widow on a fixed income, and was having the fence fixed and paid for in large part by insurance. after a lot of anger and tears they finally settled on $2800. I shouldn't have had to deal with the hassles due to their incompetence!
