Looks good from the road. Get close, and it's a different story.

A 7-day screened in porch project took from July 8 to August 7, and weather was not the reason.
The owner is a nice, well-spoken salesman--but he did not supervise his crew. He only came to the job when we repeatedly contacted him about problems.
Screening under flooring was installed incorrectly and had to be redone. Roof insulation was forgotten, requiring the metal to be removed. Insulation is not slid together, has a gap between them. Old metal with existing holes was reused after Insulation was put on. Then redone again with some new metal but some old metal was still reused that had holes. Wood was split, nicked, and damaged. Screws missed boards and protruded underneath the floor through the screen, and through the insulation on the roof. Insulation for the peak under the vinyl was left jagged and not flush. The roof still does not properly connect alongside the porch.
Some mistakes were corrected. Others were covered up. Some were left for us to fix ourselves--which we did some fixes, including patching screen, replacing damaged spindles, and reinforcing wood.
After an entire month, we were left with a porch that photographs well from a distance but does not reflect the quality or professionalism we paid for. Then the business owner, after they were finished and he looked at everything, said everything looks good and fine to him.
By the way, we have to hire another contractor to come and fix the roof and other things that they left messed up.
Would I recommend this company for a large project? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
