We were stressed about getting it fixed because I had a flight the next day from Boston and it was Sunday so every repair shop was closed. We were lucky enough to notice Lutz's bay door closing as we passed and quickly pulled in. The shop was closed, but the owner went out of his way to help us. After taking a quick look, he let us know it was a coolant leak and he would work on it the next day. He set realistic expectations and was kind and thoughtful. He had the truck fixed and ready to go the next day, and was very reasonably priced. If you're in a bind or just looking for some general maintenance, we couldn't recommend Lutz Automotive enough!

Several service technicians jumped in to help change the tire and then they even drove it to make sure everything was set correctly. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars these folks deserve it. They make the whole process incredibly easy--especially when dealing with insurance. They handled everything directly with Progressive, including taking photos, sending documentation, and working through the claim so I didn't have to chase anything down. They also helped line up rental cars, which made a huge difference in keeping things stress-free. The quality of their work is excellent, and their turnaround time really impressed me. On one job, I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and had it back by Friday--and that included a full bumper, fender, and hood replacement along with paint. Everything came back looking great. On top of that, they're just genuinely good people. Friendly, easy to talk to, and they even remember my name when I come in--which says a lot. Highly recommend Newport Auto Works if you want quality work and a hassle-free experience.
