One way to overcharge customers is by working on two cars simultaneously and charging each customer individually. Another is to round up labor charges at the margins. The dealer charges a 4% credit card fee and $100/hour for labor. But as the above examples illustrate, my concern is not about the de jure hourly rate, just the basis on which they were applied. If you're not price sensitive--and this is the only auto dealer that I believe is currently operating in Jeffersonville--I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer even if you are an easy mark. As for the recently closed other auto repair shop in Jeffersonville, my family used him for many years and never had such an experience.

This is what trash, garbage considers customer service. There is no way to pick up your car because there's zero office. This is what the Morrisville PD uses for towing services?!? Bet this clod is related to someone in the Department: his tactics are literally criminal. Holding my car hostage for cash!
