I was told he would get to my parent's home in a few days to get their drain cleaned, and perhaps a week later at my sister's place. It took a couple of MONTHS to get my parent's drain cleaned only after my Dad called and gave him HECK for not showing up. It is now nearly four MONTHS since I paid this guy CASH in advance for the work and he still has NOT cleaned out my sister's drain! There is absolutely NO excuse acceptable for him to take my cash and four months later still NOT have done the work he was paid for! I called and left a VERY angry voice message on his answering machine to get the work done immediately, and if it is NOT done VERY soon, I'm calling the local police department and filing a complaint against him! Trusting their expertise we agreed that the best fix would be short term fix for finance reasons. Upon installation they found "green slime" which said would break down the system faster. This is the first instance of when we doubted the integrity of the company since we were confused as to why this wasn't discovered earlier. Relying on their knowledge we sent the compressor back but then received a restocking fee doubling the total cost of the project. Upon calling it was considered an unforeseen risk and that we would still be responsible. Bjorn was particularly angry and not willing to listen to my concerns. I offered covering the labor and splitting the restocking fee but was mocked as "wholesale wouldn't do that for us". This completely shattered my trust in Bjorn as he seemed to be more worried about the money than the customer.
