The first time they came they finished the shingles and gutter but didn't even touch the spot we suspected was the cause of the leak. They came back once more and patched a few more spots which STILL leaked. We were patient and understood it can be a guessing game. We called once more and they said they would send a guy out Monday or Tuesday. Those days passed and nothing. We called again and they said a guy claimed he came to finish the job and no one actually did. We've now been calling and messaging several times a week and they're no longer answering or responding, just completely ghosted us. We hired them because they had reasonable prices, but a classic case of you get what you pay for.

Messaged Scott through Facebook on Saturday, he responded within an hour or so, and came over the next day (Sunday!!!). I asked him to check all of my outlets, and we covered every inch of my house (basement plus three flours) from switches to outlets to loose wires to light sockets (note: my house was built in 1919 and has some original wiring in place). I asked about a hundred questions and Scott answered them all. Scott not only got the power back on for me, but took care of a couple other fixes as well. All this in the span of an hour and a half. He went the extra mile times ten. Pleasant, extremely knowledgeable (this guy knows his stuff), honest, thorough, prompt, and didn't charge an arm & a leg. I will never call another electrician again. This is your guy, folks.

TL;DR: Trust was broken and Bjorn was more worried about the money than the customer…read more Our AC died and a Bjorn tech recommended replacing the compressor with the downside of system potentially failing sooner. Trusting their expertise we agreed that the best fix would be short term fix for finance reasons. Upon installation they found "green slime" which said would break down the system faster. This is the first instance of when we doubted the integrity of the company since we were confused as to why this wasn't discovered earlier. Relying on their knowledge we sent the compressor back but then received a restocking fee doubling the total cost of the project. Upon calling it was considered an unforeseen risk and that we would still be responsible. Bjorn was particularly angry and not willing to listen to my concerns. I offered covering the labor and splitting the restocking fee but was mocked as "wholesale wouldn't do that for us". This completely shattered my trust in Bjorn as he seemed to be more worried about the money than the customer.
