The individual who runs this…read morecompany is without a doubt one of the worst contractors I have ever hired, and he didn't even do any work on my house. Things were fine with our first meeting with him, after that it was all downhill. We repeatedly had to ask for an estimate for the work, confirmation of his timeline, a written contract that would have spelled out the scope of work, with all the costs, etc. It was after repeated attempts to get him to communicate with us, he finally gave us a start date, only for that day to come and have him not to show up, and not even to call. We sent him one final message letting him know that we would not be continuing with him, and his response was that we had been pushing him too hard and as a result wasn't going to do the work. Mmmm... something doesn't seem quite right with this picture? Bottom line, if you actually expect your work to get done, don't hire this person. You will be sorely disappointed in the results!

The home was still not complete after 12 months and he disregarded the budget that we communicated to him. He blamed us when it was his responsibility as a general contractor to manage the project, communicate with and guide us in timing of selecting materials, and to obtain estimates to complete construction within the timeframe agreed upon and within our budget. He still has not delivered materials we've paid for and has not provided for repairs that are covered under warranty.
