Saw Dr. Fletcher a few weeks ago, after first visit my shoulder felt better than it had in months. Saw him 3 times a week for 2 weeks, shoulder is now about 90-95% improved. As opposed to what I expected, which was "Well come see me for 6 months and maybe I can help", Dr. Fletcher told me "Well if we can't improve things within a couple weeks what's the point?" wanted to wait at least 3 months before leaving an objective review. approximately 3 months ago a…read morefriend of mine took me to idaho advanced medical care because my knees had gotten so bad. i had done some research on gel injections in the past and thought they might be right for me. i was a little surprised on how small the staff were. sometimes good things come in small packages! the staff (all of them) were courteous, friendly, and professional. long short, after the consultation i decided to get both knees done with the gel three injections. all my injections were administered with a fluoroscope guided needle for precise injection location. i couldnt believe how little pain all six injections caused. almost no discomfort at all. here is an objective evaluation of results. my right knee was no where near as damaged as my left knee, but it was bad! since the injections in my right knee i no longer have near as much pain as i had before treatment. my knee is more flexible, range of motion is better, and much less chronic pain. my left knee is much more damaged than the right knee, but i have had some benefit in it. i dont think injections are going to help much with it, but sometimes things are just so damaged they need fixed in a different way. i didnt want knee replacement surgery if there were an alternative, but with the left one i guess it may be my only option. as for a total review i would have to say that i would do it over again, given what i now know, and idaho advanced medical and the staff are the ONLY ones i would let do more injections. finally, since the injections, i have exercised faithly, walked twice daily, lost about 35 pounds to date and feel oh so much better. i dont feel that most therapies will do much good long term without lifestyle changes. they gave me the opportunity thru less pain to better my quality of life! by the way, ashleigh is a lady wizard with a needle and pain management! thanks again....

The next time I attempted to go, I also waited 30 min and then was 'seen' for over an hour! Not only did we never discuss my reason for being seen, my prescriptions were never called despite call after call. Stay far away from this place. Now, despite my conversation with the office manager over 2 mos ago - they are still trying to bill me for providing nothing. There are many good providers in the area...they are not here.

Tony Book listened well to my concerns, did several simple tests to see how well my body functioned, and found many areas that were "stuck" and causing tightness and pain. Within one session, he corrected my hips, relieving my lower back pain and sciatica, and gave me full movement in my neck so I could actually turn my head without pain. He also loosened scar tissue in my shoulders so I could move them fully again after 6 years. I was amazed because I thought I would never be able to move like that again. I could smile again after so many years in pain. The great part is, once the tightness is released, it stays that way - I don't have to keep going back every few weeks for the rest of my life like chiropractors expect. There are other chiropractors in the TV that also offer a free first visit as advertising so not weird. I had to change my work schedule, get a babysitter, miss my daughter's soccer game, waste over an hour of my time driving back and forth, and wasted gas because of UNETHICAL business practices.
