I even moved out of state but Tom was still willing and able to remain my agent and made the transition super simple. Tiffany would take note of dates I provided regarding my recent home settlement and DMV appointments (thanks to COVID-19) and follow up with me a week in advance, making sure I'm prepared for those events. Each of these policy changes have been pain free. I was even involved in 2 accidents that weren't my fault but I received quick guidance on what I needed. The 2 best parts I enjoy about State Farm is that my premiums have not risen and I was able to do all the new policy changes and updates virtually.
