I even moved out of state but Tom was still willing and able to remain my agent and made the transition super simple. Tiffany would take note of dates I provided regarding my recent home settlement and DMV appointments (thanks to COVID-19) and follow up with me a week in advance, making sure I'm prepared for those events.
