Smile,no. Bark commands, yes. I called after the funeral and asked to speak with the owner they replied they were owned by a corporation. Imagine that. I'm sure when it was family owned it was a different story. The company is based out of Birmingham best I can tell. No phone number given. I'm guessing others have had similar experiences but were grieving and had more important things to worry about. I was a friend of the departed and I'm retired so I have time. The building is nice but needs updating and some sheet rock repairs. I feel bad for the family members that were scolded by the staff. Sadly at one of the absolute lowest point in one's life. Sunset memorial on the other side of town is amazing and you guessed it family owned.
