Her truck shed it's serpentine belt and when that happens, you are not going anywhere! I was home in NC so I began to call all parts stores and garages within 30 miles but no one could offer any help, somehow David from Bland Auto Service heard of her problem, showed up and determined it was worse than appeared, a pully had also failed. David went to his shop, found the correct part, installed it and had her soon on her way! Thank you Bland Auto Service and especially David!

Would definitely recommend him to anyone, he's a really great guy and awesome mechanic. His crew is great too, they're always willing to look at your vehicle and at least try to point you in the right directions if they can't fix the issue. Service is fairly timely, normally 30-60 mins (IF THEY'RE NOT BUSY). Like normal, he's the main mechanic Bland County residents trust. So he's got the most on his plate as far as taking care of everyone in the town. Literally.

They came and hauled my car into their shop. Their shop is on Main Street in Wytheville, VA. The owner told me that the starter had only one bolt holding it. They tested the starter and verified it was not working. They replaced the original starter. The cost for their work was extremely reasonable. They have worked on my car 2 other times. I am very happy with the work that they have done on my old car. I will continue to use them and would not hesitate to recommend them for car repair. They are NOT some price gouging shop. They are very honest.

No stars. Took truck here for a delete & tune.. returned it several times picked it up again 4/1…read moreturned around not even mile took it back bc it thru codes. Josh said phantom codes.. it was fine to drive he would investigate.. 4/2 went to start it & wont start or run. Several calls he said he would show up.. never has now refuse to fix or pay for another shop to fix their mistake. Btw delete & tunes are illegal..they do state inspections plus do work for railroad & mines. Seem trustworthy for your family if they cant be honest.. my answer is no!!!

I dropped off my truck being told it would be checked out and what parts I would need to get back on the road I was told parts was ordered (which was a lie). I also was told a time frame as to when my truck would be fixed. Weeks and weeks went by and I was constantly given excuse after excuse as to why my truck was not being worked on I can understand if parts needed to be ordered but after almost 2 months I decided to pull my vehicle out of this shop and was also not offered any services and or discounts or any help to fix my issues only a bill for parts thay I have still yet to see would not recommend to absolutely anyone
