I randomly googled "cabinets" in my area, and the first hit was USA Cabinet Store - Annapolis. I got a same-day appointment on a Saturday, and I met Ali and Taylor. Taylor was my designer, and I hit the jackpot working with her! Taylor has her degree in architectural design, and what started as an unimaginative project turned into a design that solved so many issues with previous lousy space design for a small '50s cottage. Taylor listened to my list of wants, and she provided several designs...never quite satisfied with her own work and adjusting little details to create a gorgeous new kitchen with lots of lovely cabinetry! I am beyond delighted with my cabinets, and the collaboration Ali and Taylor provided was worth every single penny I spent. There were NO supply chain delays, and what small issues I had with some glue and a damaged drawer were immediately remedied. Don't go anywhere else - you'll be really pleased with the quality and service!

Madewell Cabinetry just finished a project in my kitchen installing new cabinets where there were none before (the rest of the kitchen will come later). The materials that they use are top notch, they were incredibly respectful of the space in terms of cleaning up, etc. The prices were very fair, especially for the quality of the workmanship. BLUF: Friendly and knowledgeable employees, skilled contractors and a reliable team made for an…read moreexcellent experience. My husband and I hired Kenwood Kitchens to remodel our primary/en suite bathroom and it was a fabulous experience. Dan was our designer and aside from being knowledgeable, he was fun! Dan accommodated our schedule and was good about helping us make informed decisions. Because of Dan, we enjoyed the process of designing our bathroom. When it was time for the renovation, with confidence we turned the keys to our home over to the Kenwood team. Kenwood posted the calendar for the renovation in our home so we always knew what was planned for each day and which trades would be in our home while we were away at work. Occasionally we'd run into the subs and everyone was friendly and professional. For the most part, we came home at the end of the day to see the work that had been completed and to find that they had done a nice job cleaning up the affected areas of our home. We're looking forward to doing our next remodeling project with Kenwood! Kenwood was communicative, transparent, collaborative and reliable. Our bathroom remodel completed on schedule and we love it. We've used the bathroom for several months and there isn't a single thing we would change. It is beautiful, functional and high-quality.

She listened to my list of 'problems to solve' and general aesthetic goals and helped make suggestions that fit my goals. She was knowledgeable and creative with solutions to our various space issues. She was positive, pleasant, and available via email and text. She understood my budget constraints and helped point out places to save (when I couldn't resist a tile splurge). I was pleased with the subcontractors that were brought in by Kenwood, as well as the management team who stayed on top of the entire process. The work calendar was clearly posted and I was kept aware of any adjustments. I would definitely use Kenwood Kitchens for our next home improvement project, and have already recommended them to several friends.

What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Ercan took the time to explain the repair process in detail, answered all of my questions, and even shared great ideas for future projects. It was also wonderful to see what a family-oriented business they are--his daughter was there helping, and together they made a fantastic team. If you're looking for skilled craftsmanship, fair pricing, fast service, and people who genuinely care about their customers, I can't recommend KBT Marble & Granite enough. They had quartz slabs in exactly the pattern my wife was looking for. They came to the house for a free estimate and, including the sink and demo and removal, it came in $1,000 less than any other estimate we got. When they came to install, they clearly knew what they were doing. The quartz is beautiful. The two men who came for the installation were great to deal with and respected our home. When they left, we were entirely happy with the installation. A few days later, we realized that we had a half wall across the kitchen that would look great with a quartz top. We called and asked if they had a remnant they could cut and polish for the 48" wall. We said we would pay for the piece. Two days later they called and said that the quartz was ready. My wife went to pick it up and they would not let her pay anything for the piece. They were just really nice guys. James understood my priorities and limited budget, we settled on a few color combinations and design elements, then I took home sample tiles to see how they looked in the sunlit room throughout the day. After a month to let the decisions settle, the contractor was setup and the materials ordered. Very important: the contractor worked directly with Mid-Atlantic, I never had to be in the middle to relay installation assistance or anything ever (including ordering a few extra tiles when we had to add a seat to the design after finding in demolition that under the tub the stairway ceiling encroached into the bathroom floor space.) All materials were politely delivered on time, James was always available for my appointments, he worked seamlessly through the COVID shutdown, and they even accepted returns of a few unused pieces to get them out of my garage. Highly recommend, there were way too many choices and gotchas to approach the design on my own. Working with a professional was the way for me. Recommended!
