I have been in the health care field for 45 yrs and have been impressed by the fact that she truly listens, asks good questions, does hands-on exams, orders tests appropriately, refers when necessary, answers my questions and is caring. She always reviews my chart prior to the visit. My husband changed to her and is happy as well...he had gotten decent care elsewhere but felt the doc was just checking off the boxes for his diagnosis. The front office staff is great, and the CMA Erika has consistently gone over and above to help and to communicate.

I like that she was a scientist before becoming a doctor and he was in the navy. Just a warning though: Don't let them talk you into a blood draw there. Go to the lab at the hospital. MWFM is not set up to take blood, they are inefficient at it and it is hard for them to do it. I was talked into it, had to wait 45 minutes just for a blood draw and I received the largest bruise ever as a result. (I don't bruise easily and on a blood draw it's usually a mark the size of a freckle.) See the attached photo. That is 2 days later and bigger than a Kennedy Half Dollar!

After being told by Kristy that you were offering me the position--and being encouraged to "be ready to negotiate" because she knew you were going to offer me the lowest wage on your pay scale--I was surprised and confused when the moment I began discussing compensation, the offer was withdrawn. At no point during either of my interviews did you speak to me about pay, so to claim that it had already been discussed to your hiring manager was inaccurate. And your hiring managers don't have the authority to decide pay? Ha. I rearranged my day, pushed through physical pain, and showed up on very short notice--twice--to demonstrate my interest and professionalism. I was respectful, flexible, and prepared, even though you weren't. To be told I was hired and going over details to start in 3 days, only to have the offer revoked within minutes of a basic compensation conversation, speaks volumes--not just about how candidates are treated, but possibly why you're struggling to retain staff, as was repeatedly mentioned. You also left it wishy-washy on a Friday afternoon, leaving me to wonder the whole weekend if I'm still hired or not, only for you and Kristy to never respond. "People just don't want to work these days." Am I right? As someone with a decade of experience, I know my value--and I also know when I've been treated unfairly. I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect on how you handle hiring moving forward, although after several disrespectful and unprofessional interactions with you, my hopes aren't high. P.S. Take a look at questions that are legal/illegal to ask during an interview. So glad I rushed in for a second interview, for you to grill me about my personal life, in my leggings and sweater just for you to say to your hiring staff, "I want to see what she looks like when she's not all done up." Surgeries are scheduled only to find out that they have not been approved by the patients insurance. Lack of communication and a feeling of being rushed through the office. The staff is too busy to return phone calls or notify patients of changes in surgery scheduling. The physician assigned to do your surgery should be available to talk and meet with the patient prior to surgery. My suggestion is to get a second opinion if your experience isn't a positive one. Remember, you are the one paying the bill.

For 6+ years I've came here I've not had any problems. Then i met the security guard Tom. This man is a power hungry psycho; the kind of person should NEVER be in a authority position whatsoever!! The man was freaking out because i was in a disabled parking spot that was apparently for wheelchair patients. I was going to move & then he saw me vaping in my own car with all my windows up. He began yelling and taking pics of my license plate & threatening "I'm showing this to the police" i told him, "I pay the payments on my car & all the expenses that comes with owning a car & so i AM THE SHOT CALLER WHO DECIDES WHAT I CAN/CAN'T DO IN MY PROPERTY!! He was literally chasing my car around the lot yelling!! I called H.R. & he still mean mugged me for over a year and we avoided eachother. Now he's at it again!! I called a 2nd complaint in to Human Resources again as he hasn't learned to leave me alone!! If i wouldn't lose my career & freedom i would throttle his old ass!! But unfortunately all i can do is lodge a complaint with H.R. & post reviews on yelp & Google reviews.
