If you're from the US, this is the Gothenburg equivalent to Chipotle.
Unfortunately, the kind of mexican food fare here is more of a riff on the classics. The rice is either "mexican" rice or cilantro rice - the mexican rice is good, but unlike what you might expect if you've had it in California or Mexico.
They have "build your own" burritos, and the meats, vegetable and salsa offerings are great and definitely on par with mexican food. There are some things from left field, like the cabbage or crushed tortilla chips on the burrito - but everything is optional so you can design your burrito how you see fit.
The burritos end up being a pretty generous portion, so it's either one large meal or you can easily split with someone else.
I typically get the spicy beef with cilantro rice and am not disappointed in it's alignment with classic mexican food flavorings.
