The team got to work right away and gave it a real effort -- but in the process, they discovered something I never knew: my car (purchased brand new in 2019!) had apparently been repainted at some point before I bought it, which made the job much more complicated than a standard detail could handle. Rather than cut corners or give me a mediocre result, they were completely upfront with me and explained that an auto body shop would be better equipped to do the job right. They even recommended a nearby shop they trusted. Here's the part that really got me: after all that time and effort, they didn't charge me a single dollar. I was already stressed from the accident, and the kindness I was shown here genuinely made my day better. This is a team with real integrity -- they care more about doing right by their customers than making a quick buck. That being said, I've gotten a couple quotes all of them substantially more than Memo quoted. What took me by surprise was how good the quality was on the work they did. I have a Lotta cars and I'm always amazed when somebody does above and beyond work. The first issue was the color that I picked and ordered came back the wrong color that I thought it would be. This was clearly my mistake, but Memo did not charge me for the mistake. Instead, he would discount it to the next customer. Then, finally, the color that we did decide was literally amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on this car in a matter of three days that I've had it compared to the two years prior. The pictures will be an example to you. I also took my smart car to get work done on it, and there was a mistake on the color which he corrected right away because it needed to be painted before wrapped, and again the work is amazing.
