The team got to work right away and gave it a real effort -- but in the process, they discovered something I never knew: my car (purchased brand new in 2019!) had apparently been repainted at some point before I bought it, which made the job much more complicated than a standard detail could handle. Rather than cut corners or give me a mediocre result, they were completely upfront with me and explained that an auto body shop would be better equipped to do the job right. They even recommended a nearby shop they trusted. Here's the part that really got me: after all that time and effort, they didn't charge me a single dollar. I was already stressed from the accident, and the kindness I was shown here genuinely made my day better. This is a team with real integrity -- they care more about doing right by their customers than making a quick buck.
