OK, this is a follow up to my previous review of Sign-A-Rama in Fredericksburg, VA. So here it is…read morea year after my purchase and I get contacted via Yelp message and a personal phone call from Chris at Sign-A-Rama. Chris tells me he is the owner (didn't ask if he was the owner last year or if he just bought the business). He also tells me Mary Jo is no longer there. Chris reached out to me and offered to replace the bad banner or even refund my fee from over a year ago. WOW! I have to say I was very impressed that Chris cared enough about his reputation to make such an offer. It's much appreciated and a credit to his character and business ethics. Not many business owners would spend the time, effort and incur the expense of fixing an error from a year before. His new graphic designer sent me several new proofs, updated the image, removed the poor shadow and then shipped it to me priority mail all expenses paid. I must say this is a complete 180 from my previous experience and will definitely have my team members call Chris and his new team for future signs and banners we need. He emailed me to let me know that he could get what I wanted. I responded to the email and agreed. I waited and waited for a follow up work schedule but never heard back from him again. I guess he doesn't need the work or he completely forgot both are unprofessional, inconsiderate and unacceptable. If there was an issue why wasn't it communicated to me. Be advised in dealing with this guy. He left me hanging so I went elsewhere. I would NOT recommend him.
